When I joined this guild my love for this game was beginning to fade since I hadn't played in a while but once I did I decided to pick it back up. I own both Under the Knife and New Blood and have restarted my file on UTK. Apparently my lack of playing has taken a toll because I made it to a boat filled with STIGMA experiments without ever using the healing touch but now I can barely do a more basic without it.

....Is the boat full of patients in Under The Knife? If so you mean GUILT. STIGMA doens't show up till New Blood and I don't remember a boat of patients in New Blood.

Ehehe...oops. Yeah I went on challenge mode and found that the last mission it gave me access to is the 'Second Sin'
