Actually, its from a 1983 movie by the obvious title of "Something Wicked this Way Comes"

I remember it scared me when I saw it when I was little. Evil circuses....

-shudder-

The song form the Harry Potter Movie is originally from that movie also, I think.

But before that, it comes from Macbeth, by William Shakespeare.
