The planets resources were depleting, wars broke out all over the planet. People with powers began to rising into positions of great leadership. While this was happening, Akuma Kage was at home. He hated the world and how it was all about money, power, and more money. He wanted to teach the world a lesson. He sat at his table, spoons and forks scattered on the table. He was playing with his powers of controlling metal. He destroyed his boss' car on accident when he was fired, he toppled a building when his mother died. Now he was bending silverware because he was bored. He heard the tv in his living room, "War in City breaks out." Akuma was ready to teach that lesson.

Setsume pounded down the street, his heeled boots creating indentions in the ground as he walked. Bursts of air shot out of pipes as he walked by, his magnetic power bursting the pipes. His bright green, tight pants clung to his legs and his dull, black shirt with a yellow lolly pop on it was torn in several places. He saw a couple in a corner, and, as he watched them together he became more and more upset and angry. He outstretched his hand, a bolt of lightning shooting out at the both of them, sending them into a state of paralysis. Setsume giggled with satisfaction as he continued his walk down the street.

Akuma looked out his window. A strange figure shot lightning at a couple. Poor couple. Akuma walks out side his home and stands in front of the figure. The figures shirt was torn and indentions in the ground from where he walked. Akuma thought to himself, He seems pretty strong. Should I confront him or should I see if he will help me destroy this world?

Setsume paused, electricity coursing through his body and causing his brown hair to stand on end. Setsume cocked his head to the right, looking the figure over. His fingers twitched as he restrained himself from blowing the figure away right on the spot. "Move." Setsume uttered the word, but his words boomed through the streets, disturbed that the figure would stand right in his path like that. 'Baka, I have somewhere to be. Get out of my way.' He knew the figure would be no match for him, but his Asian form felt himself pausing for him.

The figure in front of Akuma seemed pissed. Akuma stepped out of the way. He knew that despite having a strong power, this guy would be too strong for him. Controlling metal can only get you so far. The figure went about his business. Akuma hit his first into the ground and the metallic surface rippled at his touch. Akuma threw his arms up and the metal formed around his body. The metal attached itself to his body. Now he was ready to destroy some cities. Walking away from the figure. He ran towards city hall.

Setsume walked past the figure, then, glancing behind him, saw the form encased in metal. His fingers twitched at the thought of hitting a metal man 'Man, that much power in a human conductor...' Setsume broke into a jog as he followed the male, his boots pounding harder into the earth and causing even larger holes. Setsume tried to control his excitement over getting to electrify this human metal man, but couldn't, his electricity coming out in great bursts, causing several small rats to fall into a corpse pose.

Akuma looked behind him. The figure was casing after him. Akuma saw the lightning in the figures hand. Images of 6th grade Science class came to mind. Metal is a great conductor for electricity. "Well s**t!", Akuma yelled out. The figure behind him broke out into a evil laugh. Akuma used his control of metal to try and propel him forward, to try and escape the figure.

Setsume giggled at his attempt to get away, while sending small, playful jolts of electricity at the male's metal form. He soon got tired of this chase though, and decided to add some power into his jog. He stood still, focusing electicity into his feet, then moving faster and stronger as more power as injected into his run. Setsume found himself sprinting at the male, 'This is so not worth this.' Regardless of his thoughts, he continued to run after the man. 'If not destroy him, I might as well meet him.'

Akuma felt jolts course through his body. Looking back he saw the figure sprinting faster. Akuma thought fast and stopped dead in his tracks. He brought out more metal and created a 10 foot barrier behind Akuma. The figure must not of been focussed because shortly after Akuma could hear a thud ring throughout the barrier. Did he really just run into the wall?

Setsume was running, unaware that the male was cunning enough to produce a wall such as that, out of no where. Setsume slammed into wall, falling back onto the ground. He felt his head pounding and his heart was beating so loud he imagined the boy could hear it.

Akuma dismantled the way with a swift move of his hand. Looking down he could see the figure on the ground. Akuma then dismantled this armor and helped the figure up.

Setsume stood face to face with the male, rubbing the back of his head in an embarrassed sort of way. "Thanks." Setsume mumbled at the boy, brushing off his clothes. His electrical current inside of him seemed to calm as he stood face to face with him, making him appear calm. "Where are you heading to, in such a fashion that you feel the need to block a man that needs to be where it is that he has to be."

"I saw you shock that couple and I wanted to ask if you would help me destroy this planet. I know, I know...why the hell would someone want to destroy this god forsaken planet. Well I want it to end. All the wars, the greed, all of it. I want to teach this worthless planet a lesson. And you seemed to have the dont-give-a-s**t attitude that I need. Im sorry about the wall, I thought you were going to kill me." Akuma stood there, hoping his answer didn't piss the figure off.

Setsume paused, his eyes looking the male over "A small, peasant like you wants to destroy the world? Why not take it over? Rule the world? Has this thought never occurred to you? Your power seems well, with mine and yours, we could take this disgusting thing over."
