What would happen if the worlds of DBZ and FMA combined? Well, this is it.
Locations? The worlds lead to one another through the afterlife (AKA King Yemma offering you a second chance at life and sending you there) and the Alchemic gate--but for the most part, the RP is actually going to take place in the FMA world unless there is a necessity to go to the DBZ world (like a Conqueror of Shamballa type situation).
