Herein lies the property of one 'Arata Hanshou' who has purchased this property and all the building rights for it. It is a small house near the beach. It is mostly brick and has only four rooms. From the front door there is a large room with black carpet and maroon walls for all but one quarter of it. The carpeted section has a three person black cloth couch with a recliner next to it. There is a short table the length of the couch in front of it. There is a single large TV with a Nintendo Wii plugged in. That quarter is filled with all kinds of cooking equipment. Along the back wall three doors are spotted. On the left is his room with black carpet and walls. A black king sized bed rest's in the far corner with a closet door at the foot of the bed. There is a small night table with a digital clock. The door on the opposite side is the same only red instead of black. The bathroom lies between the two rooms and is a small white bathroom with a walk in shower.
