Veterans day!
Come celebrate, or honor I mean, any one.
You do not have to post as your character if you do not wish, but it is encouraged for you to post as your character. ^^

I want to just say thank you to our forefathers and ancestors who have given their lives in the service of their country. We hope you eternally sleep well on this day and that your spirits wander freely now that you are gone.
To all veterans who are currently serving their country or who have been retired from service, we thank you as well for all the hard work you have given us in life. I hope that each and every one of you has a safe and restful day today as we celebrate and remember those who have committed to protecting and serving their country, whichever one that may be.
Thank you.

Wow...nice.
All my family who has served has passed on. My dad went into the army for awhile, but got medically discharged for having flat feet....
He never saw action....nor did he get out of basic training....oh well, things would have been much different if he had.
I did, however text my ex-marine friend who was medically discharged when a landmine blew up near him in a battle and thank him for his service. He was quite surprised, but grateful and that made me feel good. ^_^
I heart you, Jay! Take care, my friend! ^_^
