The plot is kind of obvious by the title and a war has been put among the different races. Such as Vampires, Lycans, Fairies, Angels, Fallen Angels, Nekos(a person with feline ears and tail), Kitsunes(a person with canine ears and tails), etc. It is forbidden to break the rule about falling in love with a different race and the sentence is death if you break that rule, same with making a friend a friend of a different race. If you fall in love or make a friend with a different race you'll have to meet them in secret and no one is to find out about your love or friendship. Would you break the rule to be with your one true love? or to make a friend of a different race?

Larena was crying. She was standing in the bathroom, looking at the mirror. And crying. She didn't even know why.
Jethro was flying above in the dark sky. It would rain soon.
Spike closed his eyes as he waited for the rain.

Malaise was flying around the war torn city. "Why'd this war have to be put on our peaceful city?" She asked herself.
Blaine was sitting by the river he used to fish in before the war came. "This war is pointless." He sighed.

Jethro stopped and looked behind him. "Jethro Night." He said. "And you?"
Spike was sitting in a high tree when he saw someone sitting by the river. He didn't want to get down now, since he felt too lazy.

"You can come out of the tree now," Blaine said to whoever was in the tree. "I'm no vampire but I felt like someone was watching me."
Malaise saw a fallen angel and someone who pulled out a sword. She flew over to them. "Look what this war has done, it destryoed what was once peaceful." Tears fell down her face.

Malaise looked at the guy who had his sword out. "Why would you kill someone just because there's a war going on between the races?" She asked and tears were falling down her face.
