A Artificially made life form, created by Adam during his time of hiding, Takagi was created as Adam's sub-successor if some how Adam failed at his mission of the spreading of GUILT. Ever since the creation of Takagi, he has been through countless test that would have normally destroyed the human body, perfecting his mind in the medical arts and his body to withstand sickness and grow an immunity to most diseases even GUILT and STIMGA viruses. He completed High School at 17 and finish college and medical school by 22 Takagi is now working at Caduceus in the Research and Development working on new forms of antibiotic and assisting the others in there development, When he isn't in the lab at Caduceus he is secretly running Delphi creating new forms of GUILT/STIGMA ready to be release into the world. and if Takagi isn't doing that then he is at home in his studies playing with his two cats that lives with him

Takagi has short sliver hair, with jade colored eyes, most of the time he wears a oddly button dress shirt with a loose fitting red tie along with a cat's collar around his neck to go with his bizarre taste in style(I can't really explain the cat tail and ears -__-)
