I remember participating in at least four Christmas programs. One was when I was in Pre-K in which I was an elf. Then in Kindergarten I was a typical country girl from Puerto Rico. In the 1st grade I was an angel singing the Spanish version of "Angels we have heard on high" and on the 2nd grade I was Gabriel, which it was weird to me because I was a girl, but the kid who was going to do it got kicked out of it for doing something bad... probably cursing since we were in a Catholic school. On the third grade I sang solo at the Catholic school. The song was "Silent Night" I was also in a church Christmas program as part of the children choir.
