There are a few things that need to happen before you can become a Bumper for The Secret Bump Shop. We don't want to have a huge list of do's and dont's, but until we get the basics down it's going to have to happen.

Getting Paid


On Friday, Saturday, or Sunday (Preferably Sunday) send a trade to the Its My Secret, titled with your PC count.
She will then pay you according to you bumps, and your bonus.
All left over money will be put towards getting new thread layouts and bump buttons.

Once the trade is sent, reset your PC count to 0, because you've been paid for the past bumps.
If you want you can keep a total PC count from the start of your employment, but the regular PC must be reset.

Don't try and give us the wrong PC count to get paid more... we are keeping track of the counts for all employees

Here's the part we all hate... the DO's and DONT's:

DO


1. Correct your mistakes! Post in The Secret that you are Editing them. It'll be easier to edit, than delete and start over.

2. Post a start / end slot in The Secret as demonstrated above. The End Slot is the same as the start. It Just says "end" (duh) and contains the last bumps you completed in the slot, not the starting bump.

3. Use a non distracting color when writing out the bumps, such as black, grey, or even a color from the graphic. Your PC count is allowed to be in white, and you do not need to have any indication that it is there. It is just there so that you can remember how many bumps you have done in a week. Also post the green man in your application. You're PC must be in your bumps in order for them to count.

4. Link all orders that are made while you are bumping in your bumps if we are not instructed to PM them to the owner.

5. Use the graphics located here, unless the graphics were supplied by the owner of the slot.

6. Join the guild. If your application was accepted, come back to these rules through the link, and click on the "Join Guild" button in the upper right corner. A moderator will accept your request shortly.


DON'T


1. Post in any color that is hard to read (ie. Cyan, yellow)

2. Quote your posts. It just makes everything ugly looking. You can press the "quote" button, just be sure to delete the[quote][/quote] that surrounds your message. It's Easier to Copy your previous bump before you post it, then paste it into a new reply, editing the numbers along the way.

3. Don't participate in any of the contests unless the owner of the slot says you can. It's unprofessional.

Optional Contest

Here at The Secret Bump Shop, we want to give a little extra back to you, our employee!

Every week, you may post your PC in a separate thread in the main forum of our guild.

This is your own personal thread and only a mod will write in it to edit the first post, if you do not total your PC up your self.

You do not have to partake in this contest, but for every 2000 bumps you accumulate, you get an extra 1000 gold in your pay check.

Basically, the more you bump, the more you earn.
