Welcome to the Discussion Board.
This is were Rain and myself will be discussing all ideas towards role-plays, contest and anything of the like. This is so that the guild would run at a more enjoyable rate and a smooth one also. Everyone is allowed to post their ideas also and make a comment on any ideas Rain or myself may be talking about for the guild.

Let the work begin ~
Am reverting back to the Tears of Blood smile Love it but i know it won't be complete until AFTER Christmas, in January time because am going away to Canada (again!) and then there is university work that i need to do before i go away but i will have a lot of it done up because i am using the old information but adding more too it so it has a deep rich information to it smile
Oh i loved the rules and the black/white token thing. We should make a thread so everyone knows where they are with it. You know like make them post a pre-written "code" and we change it at will depending on if they gain a white token or a black one. That way they can see what they have and haven't got. I have also made a small token image (just to show what i mean) that we can put under the right heading so they can visually see how many they have. Does that make sense?
Sort of like this:
My name is ~ Mule
The contract has been ~ Signed
White Tokens:
Black Tokens:
Crew Advice: Trade your black token for white tokens.
History Log:
- White Token gained on 23/9/07
- White Token gained on 5/10/07
- White Token gained on 8/11/07
- White Token gained on 10/2/08
- Black Token gained on 11/3/08
- White Token gained on 5/4/08
- Contests! I think maybe we should vary the contests month to month cause am sure there is loads of different contests we can hold and have a mysterious prize every month too.
Different contests can include: Caption contests, art contests, story/poem writing contests, avi contests. dream avi contests and anything else you can think of.
Prizes can be a mysterious gift that would rest in the Project Mule Account, they can be small gifts that is created through donations towards the Mule Account, a small donation from crew (if they can) as well as us (if we can). Sometimes the prize can be just becoming a crew member of the guild, well drawn avi art, it can be a "expensive" prize or a "cheap" prize. Just to give it variety so the members will never know what to expect. However i don't think anything about 40 - 50k should be used on a prize.
Also no crew members or us can enter the contests because we are the judges unless we make the members of the guild the judges which we post a poll in the thread, leave it open for 2 - 5 days so everyone can vote. That way we can join because it down the to members, not us.
P.S - Will send my Character to the Asylum RP as soon as i have finished the profiles smile

Oh~! I like those tokens! Also, I was actually going to make a Token topic, I just did not get around to it! But yes, I like the whole layout idea and crew advice, very clever. However if someone posts their own and then tires to edit it, I will counter act it with keeping a written one near so only I can change it and discuss it with Rain. Yes.... Anyway moving on.
I think it will be best if we do not hold one this month, we will hold one either next month or first month of the year, this is because we still need to set up and we are not too sure how long this would take~! But once we have finished fully, there will be a contest and yes...
Gah! Right now I have no ideas because I am brain dead and my mind is in another place...cause it is hot in Australia now, so I am going to the beach with my friends. I felt like saying that so there, bite me if you don't like my randomness~!

Yeah i think a token topic is important for it smile Very important and that good you like the idea ^_^ We should tell them ways they could get tokens as well in that topic ^_^ so they know what they have to do to get one and what they will do to get a black one.
Yeah depending how long it takes us, i don't think we should start contests until the role-play is up and running with a good number of members.
It really cold her at the moment for us. Ooo the beach, i haven't been to the beach for some time. I could go but i doubt the weather really is suited for beach fun. I hope you have fun at the beach ^_^
Am going to add a couple more rules to the rules smile

Yeah I was going to add some ways to get White Tokens and the ways how to get Black ones and I was going to write some helpful advice on what to do with Black Tokens. o.o
Lmao~! Ain't it like always cold up there? Jokes jokes, lol. I hope so too, sadly two people that I have been spending a lot of time with wont be there =.= One is at her dads house and the other is going to a friends house to practise music for a performance on Monday o.o
Yeah sure go ahead and add more~!
EDIT: I am sorry but my favourite rule would have to be...Rule no. 15 xD

Hehe, yeah it okay. Rule number 15 made me laugh.
That good ^_^ Would we have the same system as the crew members...well would i have the same system as them? After all your the head of the guild. I doubt you can get demoted from your position. Just curious to know if i have the same system as well.
Maybe we should make another thread with is a thread were we post up which guild member is in charge of each sub-forum and also make it a place where other members could say what they like, what they hate about the guild and give comments and tips on what they think we could do to improve. Also it allows the Guild Crew to know where they watch over and so the members of the guild know who to complain too if something in a certain sub-forum ain't going right. E.g Mega Kibble is in charge of the Projects RP sub-forum and a member has a complain about something within that subforum like someone ain't following the rules or something and no one has seemingly noticed, so the member could complain to Mega Kibble, you or me.
As for the weather thing, it seems cold all the time razz There are times when it ISN'T back but most of the time it does seem cold a lot of the time smile
It's sad when you can't meet people you want to see sad at least you will still have fun though. It best to have fun while you can ^_^

Yes I was thinking that also, and people would know who to look for what forum they feel the have the need to talk to them for some reason. Sorry if I am not making sense, it is the brain deadness, lol. Anyway, I will get to work on them as soon as I get back from the beach, maybe then I will be less brain dead!
Oh, by the way, I have something for you, hehe. However I cant give it to you yet because...well I need to take a picture of it. o.o >> I was bored and I felt like doing it xD Let me tell you this; Your hair is the 2nd most EVIL hair so far on Gaia >.< I have my reasons!

When I got back from the beach I was more dead then when I left! crying I will do the other topics when I get back today though! Yeah it is. It in production stages at the moment smile but they considering putting it on the DS as well O.O
Also Obscure Aftermath was just Obscure 2 for us in Eupore ~ only North America got the cool title. However it just came on playstation store for North America and it will be in stores soon. So i can get Obscure 2 for PSP biggrin Am looking forward to that.
However am more excited for Obscure 3 biggrin I hope it doesn't take too long >.<
No worries about the Guild ^_^ I am vice-captain so i should help out where i can biggrin . If i can think of something else i will do it.
Do you want to do the token thread?
