Well for now I'm just having 5 crew members. The guild is small enough that I don't need to much help keeping it in order. I don't plan on keeping any crew members that I have around permanently though. They have all been great but I want to let everyone have a chance at being a part of changing this guild for the better.
So basically I will let you know when there are openings for crew positions.
