Ladies and gentlemen, this is your Announcer.
In this area, you will engage your opponents in battle. However, before you run out into the fray to turn one another into processed meat, there are some rules by which I expect you to abide.
THE RULES OF THE GAME:
[As of 02/03/10]
Before we begin, let me remind you that Auto-hits, power-playing, god-moding and any other such disregard for the rules of combat will NOT be tolerated.
Players with Multiple Characters must post their Name and Class as well as their Current Position before each character's Post is made.
Use the 'Random Number' Option under Post Action.
Lowest=1, Highest=10.
Evens are Hits, Odds are Misses and the higher the even number, the higher the damage.
Also, rolling a 10 will produce the following effect:
Sniper: Headshot at 100% charge.
Spy with Ambassador: Headshot.
Spy with Knife: Backstab.
Demoman: Enemy gibbed.
All other classes, all other weapons: Critical hit.
Once your post is made, you must wait for your opponent to react.
Should any dispute come between two or more players regarding the rules, please NOTIFY ME OR MERCURIAL ANIMA IMMEDIATELY.

Scope to her eye, she scanned the seemingly empty base opposite them. The heat was starting to pick up as the sun made it's course overhead. A quick glance up to the cloudless blue then back down to the base where her quarry lie in wait.
Most people did this for the money, some for the simple fact that they are technically getting away with murder. Some went vigilante. But her? She liked the challenge of pitting herself again another human. Humans learned quickly and adapted faster than most animals. That's how she justified it, we're all just animals. Some became predators, other became prey. There was no need to explain what she became.

I hope they're prepared for the hellfire. Damocles thought to himself as he looked around the barren wasteland of a battlefield. His axe had bloodstains from the previous people he had no choice but to cut down.

Eventually when Marissa got her mug of coffee, she set about fetching her sniper gun, sub machine gun and kukri before wandering towards her nest. Marissa set herself up, took a sip of the coffee and proceeded to check out the current situation. It appeared to still only be banter at the moment. Her scope then set about searching for where the other teams Snipers were set up. She found them easily, they were both situated in the same area also. It was as if they wanted to be picked off easily.
And so she set up her aim for the head of the Sniper on the other side. The female one. Marissa had every intention of getting the first head shot of the day.

Petunia headed to the exit of the base, a wrench slung over her shoulder as she approached the RED team. She stopped in front of the group and bounced her wrench on her shoulder a bit. "Now see hear you gits. We BLU's know why you are on RED. It's because if you weren't, everyone could see how much you pansy's bled. You need your nice red shirts to cover that up." The brown haired Engineer mentioned as her other hand lifted to adjust her goggles that were over her eyes. "I hope you are used to the respawn. If not, you will be by the end of the day." Penny mentioned with a cocky grin. Her left hand was upon the pistol in her belt.

Klaus stopped at the door to the battlefield, waiting for more people to get in battle, or for him to get called. He took out his blutsauger for defense.
Katarznya ran out into the battlefield, looking for an enemy she could burn or axe down. She gave out a maniacal laugh as she ran further away from base.
Bianka yelled out "Lets do it!!!!" She rushed forward with her grenade launcher ready. She shot some stickies near the BLU base.

Enough of the waiting.
Marissa took off the safety mechanism and loaded in a cartridge. Making sure she was on target, she pulled the trigger. The sound of the first shot being fired echoed through the battlegrounds. If Marissa missed the head of the RED female sniper, she would most likely sulk for a while after the battle.
Right on mark. Through the womans eye. It made Marissa's heart jump with joy hearing the sound of the blood splatter. "Howzzat!" She called out with a wide grin. Of course, she promptly ducked down before the other RED Sniper could mark her.

"Bloody hell." Kar dropped, and the flash of blue tipped him off. Tracking it to it's owner, her hatted head clear in his sights and fired before she could cover. He didn't have to have it confirmed, the sheila was down. He moved himself away from the window, pressed against the left wall.

The shot from the BLU Sniper was heard signalling battle to start.
Petunia swung her wrench at female RED Scout in front of her. But she missed. "********." Whoops. She said a bad word. Understandable since she missed a Scout who was standing in front of her. Drawing out her pistol, Petunia retreated whilst firing the pistol at the BLU's.

Shaking off what she could only describe as the closest thing as to the worse hangover in her life, she stumbled slightly out of the Resupply. Shab, they never warned me about that she thought, fixing her aid back in place. She bolted back to the nest, this whole guns blazing thing was not going to work out. Poking her head from the top of the ladder she called, "Oi, Ser, is it clear?"

"I don't know, dropped the sheila who gunned you. Didn't see another." He kept himself to the wall, and added with his dry sarcasm, "You know, as much as charging in and shooting everything is nice, but a semblance of a plan would be just ripper right now."

"I second the motion." Kar kept herself low as she could as she climbed back in there. "Either one of us covers the other, this time we KNOW who's covering who, or I can cover the ground or roof, while you stick it out here. Or vice versa." She wasn't sure his hunting type, she would let him decide. "Unless you have another plan."

Marissa shook off the after effects of the respawn and set about finding her prey. She never did like getting shot in the head. The BLU sniper didn't return to her previous spot, instead set about making her way to their spot. With SMG in hand Marissa took a less crowded path over to RED base.
Alright
So she died a few times in her quest to get over there. No big deal. Dying was part of her life by now. This time she managed to get to the RED base and set about finding her prey.
[QUESTION. Is it Capture the Flag? Capture Point? Or just outright killing?]

"I'm not moving." he replied quickly. "And you're probably better keeping low know that they have no clue where you are." He edged himself closer to look, the had a Truckie going after one of the Scouts. He get out of cover once she was out.
