Gaia User:Name: What you want your character to be called. This could be their first and last name, only their first if that’s all they have, or the alias which they go by.
Gender: Male and female are the standard classifications, but maybe your character doesn’t have a gender? Maybe you can’t tell? Regardless, let us know here
Age: How old is your character?
Year: If you are at North High School or North High College.
Occupation: Does your character have a job ? There are a variety of places around where your character can seek employment, so surf the City Section of the forums for a list of ideas. Or simply put ‘Student’ if they don’t work. Also, please have your character’s job make sense.
Appearance: What does your character look like? Describe or use a pic.
Height: Tall? Short? Give us their measurements. Inches, feet, centimeters, whatever your fancy
Weight: How much does your character weigh? Pounds and Kilograms are both accepted
Distinguishable Marks/Scars/Tattoos: This is the stuff that could potentially really set your character apart from others. Is there anything about them that might not be found on a regular person? Keep in mind—tattoos are a bit taboo in Japan, especially colorful ones. So if they have them, make sure they make sense.
General Clothing: How does your character dress? How do they wear their school uniform? What do they wear for gym? They obviously don’t run around naked, so let us know their style.
Personality: Tell us about what makes up your character. How do they view themselves? How do others view them? You don’t have to give us an essay, but we do require a minimum of two paragraphs.
Likes: Plain and simple. You can even just give us a list. What does your character like? Favourite foods? Music? Hobbies? Animals? Anything that might help us understand your character more.
Dislikes: The opposite of likes of course. What does your character not like? A list is fine here, too.
Talents/Strengths: What is your character good at? This could be anything from sports to music to dance. Keep in mind, though, nobody is good at everything. We all have our strengths, and of course, as the next profile part suggests—
Flaws/Weaknesses: We all have our weaknesses. What are the drawbacks of your character? Are they rude? Selfish? Greedy? Lustful? Dishonest? Every single person in the world has flaws, and not just one or two. So let us know your character’s.
Fears: What does your character fear most? Maybe it’s not a person or a thing…maybe it’s an idea. Losing their family, maybe? Or a loved one? Or maybe they’re really scared of clowns. No matter, let us know.
Powers/Abilities: Describe here what how is your power. Go to the
power section to know about it better.
Personal History: Let us know your character’s history here. What were they like before? How did they get there? What were they involved in? Have they gone through a series of events that has strongly effected them? Are there moments in their past that have shaped who they have become? Let us know all of that here. There’s no minimum or maximum here, but use your better judgment. If you only give us a few sentences, we’re probably going to ask that you go back and add more. Also, if your character’s past is a secret or they’ve lost their memory, still give us their story—just specify whether or not it’s unknown to them or to the public.
Equipment: Does your character carry anything special with them? Gadgets and gizmos aplenty? If your character has a weapon, please list it here.
RP Sample: Show us your skills! Give us a sample of your Role-playing so we can see if you know what it is that you are doing when it comes to message board role-playing. If you're from another site, you can always copy and paste from there one of your own posts, but please private message the staff-member who is checking your work the link to that role-play so we can see if that is truly you and not someone else's post.
