So ive been dancing for about almost 4 years at this one place and for most of it until somewhat recently has been fine

Our Studio is not a professional studio firstly, its a cheaper place for people who would rather not pay a fortune for dance so along with that is the fact that its not only a dance studio its actually an art center and has pottery and clay and guitar and blacksmithing classes as well as dance..so it can get pretty insane sometimes. But its usually been awesome cuz all the dancers were really close...were all like good friends who can joke and do whatever while were also having so much fun at dance.

So the problem starts here. Where we have two different companies the senior company and junior company...they differ from the more experienced and older dancers from the opposite of that. The senior company usually starts at 15 years old and you have to be that age unless you are an amazing dancer but lately some of the junior company dancers have been complaining that they are good enough to be in senior company even though they are only about 12 or 13...

Last year our senior company had about 7 or 8 members and 2 left since then so our teachers thought that we would be too small of a group so they wanted to bring a couple really good dancers from the junior company into senior...all of that is fine really we were fine with a couple girls moving up....so we had our annual auditions..........everything after that went horribly wrong..it turned into this thing where all of the junior company members basically got into senior even though their skill level wasnt that of senior company and they werent 15 yet ...so where all of the girls who were already in senior company had to wait till they were 15 and good enough, these new girls got unexplained priveleges just from being whiny and conceited.
Not only that but some of the senior company members actually got demoted and were put in a lower class

So basically the senior company got screwed and unfairly hurt while all the little girls were overjoyed at being upgraded

Now we have about 18 girls in senior company...all different skill levels and all different sizes...i dont know if its just me but i think its completely ridiculous...our dances dont even look that good anymore not only because of the skill differs and sizes but also because our dance space is somewhat small and its almost dead near impossible to dance in it anymore let alone dancing full out.....we have cut the quality of our dancing so we dont crash into a wall which sucks


Just felt like i had to write it somewhere...its been angering me for a couple days now ...If anyone has any advise it would be much appreciated

And thanks by the way thats a pretty good idea, ive been trying to think of many different things but its really hard haha i dont want to really offend the other girls, like the younger girls so they hate me or something but i also want to be truthful and stuff its soooooooo confusing!! and crazy!! But i think i might actually try something finally to maybe fix this problem of mine...thanks again!
