Everyone, a serious thing has happened. Kainoa, or Matise, was taken into surgery. He had shrapnel in his lungs and it was bleeding, and he went in to surgery to get it removed. However, he hasn't woken up and is in a coma.
I have faith in Kainoa. He's strong, and I know he won't ever give up without a fight. And he needs us guys. He needs our support, not our pity. We need to send him healing thoughts, good thoughts. Thinking bad stuff won't help anyone.
What I want to do is start telling stories about him. There are a lot of new people who haven't ever met Kai. This is their chance to do so. I want them to see his funny side, his strong side, his loving side. He's always there for Willow and the rest of us, and now it's our chance to be here for him. So, please, let's send him our support! *HOWLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLL*
Edit! Kai is now breathing on his own, no more machines for that at least.

"A good story would be one i heard from willow, and is my favorite kainoa story. (there are a few of them.)
So, willow and kainoa and others are in chemistry class. And it's a big class room/laboratory and a few students, so their all up in the front of the class, and the supply closet is at the back of the class.
Some dumb kid in the last lab left a bottle of ammonia uncorked.
So, everyone is up front doing a lab, and one girl goes back to the closet to get something, and she gets to the door, and she falls down. Nobody notices.
The teacher, needs something, he heads to the back, he gets 3/4 of the way there, and he falls down. Nobody notices. Pretty soon everyone else looks up and half of the group is gone, they look and see all of them on the ground on their way to the supply closet.
So Kainoa, the evil genius that he is, gets a lighter and sticks his arm waaaayyy up. and lights it.
Needless to say, the whole top half of the class room goes fashoom on fire. The concussive blast that fallowed conked kainoa backwards over a table, and singed his eyebrows off. It sent everyone else down on the ground except for two. One large girl was sent flying back into the hallway.
And another, much smaller, short even *cough*willow*cough* was sent through a window, (the lab is on the second floor) and lands in a bush outside.
And all Kainoa does is laugh.

Kai I can tell is a real Hawaiian and he has so much Mana so much Aloha it amazes me. And I just know that he's going to be alright. No matter how bad it may seem, he will prevail for he is one of us, he is Devoncroix!"

Guys, thank you, all of you. Bodhi, I'm sure Kai will be honored once he hears what you and Willow have said. These stories have helped, so much. Sam, you story had me laughing so hard. All I can say is that I would have stolen Willow's tradition and given Kai a black eye myself if he did that to me. And Willow, why am I not surprised that you tackled him? I'm surprised that you only gave him one black eye. I wonder if he thought biting your butt was tasty, considering he's probably done it more than once. Ella, I couldn't have said it better. I don't think I'll ever have as much wisdom as Kai does. But one can always try, right?
My memories of Kai are so jumbled. I think one of the first was trying to figure out how to read his pigin. It took me forever until I realized that if I said it aloud, I could understand it. And now I find myself using it every now and then.
There are other memories, such as when I first found out that he liked me, or when he first talked to me. And, of course, when he proposed. How can any of them have a higher importance than the other? Simple, they don't. Everything that Kai has done has its own separate place in my heart, but they are all equal. And that's one of the thing I think that Kai is good at, bringing everyone together, no matter who they are.
So, once again, thank you, everyone. Your support is amazing, and I can only believe that Kai is going to be better. In fact, that's the only thing that I think he will allow. After all, there's no way he's going to leave until he catches up on his honeymoon.

Once he told me he ished he could aspire to be like rein and I , I haveto say I wish we could be like the two of you. Your love is perfect and he is lucky to have sch a bride that compliments him so. You guys are destined for greatness.
