Each squad member will assigned to a different part of Soul Society or the Seretei. When assigned to these barracks you must obey what your captains orders are and see to it that they are finished. Some squad member will be assigned to protect those barracks and will shift with another member every two to three hours. When assigned a duty or duties you must follow them. The captains are to stay in their barracks with their squad unless they are leaving for a mission, important meetings, or are going to the mess hall to eat. Duties are to be followed at all times. If the captain is not present then you are to follow the vice-captain or lieutenants orders from there.
