I am the Headmaster of Relinquished Blue. Here we will discuss tactics, strategies, and rulings. The little bits of Yu-Gi-Oh that separate the intermediate players from the advanced. Everything can be discussed from Missing Timings, to Chain developments. Through the mastery of the advanced rules we will defeat all others.
