Scenario: The Eagles are playing against the Ravens and since Yomiko is a die hard Eagles fan, she is all into the game. It is a well known fact that when she is watching the Eagles play, she does not like to be disturbed. Well, this rule can be applied to everything that has to do with television. Since she's sick, she's a bit 'slow' at times. So what happens when her 'mentor' appears and just what the hell does a cane have to do with it?

Violence? Yes. Maybe. Seriously. EAAGGGLLEESSS!!! =]

[[[PPBBBFFTTT. Football pwns, dude. =D Best sport next to Tennis!]]

The Halftime show. Finally, her break. The table infront of her was enamored with various junk foods that she begged Fuyu to go buy her earlier that day. Normally, she would've done it herself but certain circumstances prevented her from doing so. Yomiko hated it. She felt like she had no type of independence whatsoever now that it decided to make it's grand debut. It was all good though, it wasn't like it was the end of the world. The eagles were losing and she got to lounge around all day. No biggie From under teal comforter, the woman shifted herself to become a bit more comfortable on her couch. Here she was alone in her house, no interruptions or anything. Just her television and her food. Yeah, no biggie. Just her and her eagles. Nothing could ruin this day...

Kuro sat upon the slanted roof of a small suburban home. He watched the humans jogging the streets below, mowing their lawns, or tending to their gardens which were being invaded by unwanted weeds. The azure sky was cloudless and the rays of the scorching sun bathed the land. A bead of sweat rushed swiftly down Kuro's cheek as the hot air began to take its effect on him. It had been a rather slow day and its seemed to only get worse as every excruciatingly boring hour gradually withered away while he sat invisible to the people below. The man slid his hand into his jacket and removed a small, silver flask from the inner pocket. With a flick of his wrist the lid spun off the brim and he tilted it to his lips only to feel several drops of leftover sake drop to his dry tongue. His entire body went limp suddenly as he released a long sigh. As if the day couldn't get worse, he was now out of sake, one of the few things that always seemed to put him in a good mood. He pushed himself to his feet while mumbling curses into the air. He slid the empty flask back into his jacket and glanced around the neighborhood, his eyes squinting in the light of the sun. "I don't even know where the hell I am." He walked toward the edge of the roof and suddenly fell off the edge, his demeanor remaining the same as if he weren't falling at all. Before he hit the ground he vanished in a blur of motion as he shunpoed to his new destination.

After a quick trip to a liquor store and several happy sips from his refilled flask of sake he decided to make his way to Yomiko's house. She seemed to stay home most of the time these days, so he was sure he could find something to do there. With another gulp of sake he suddenly shunpoed toward his old student's home. He briskly walked up to her door and raised his fist as if he were about to knock but seemed to suddenly change his mind as he just twisted the knob and let himself in. As he walked down a hall he heard the noise of what could only be Yomiko watching one of her favorite sports, football. Kuro, however, didn't really see what was so interesting about such a sport. There was no bloodshed or explosions. What could be fun about something so timid? He slowly entered the room and passed by the table loaded with snacks, quickly grabbing several for himself. He then absentmindedly grabbed Yomi's cane without even bothering to say hello to her and began twirling the cane around as he wandered around the rest of the house.

No. Wait. Scratch that. There was something that could ruin it. She knew. That one individual that always seemed to make some type of debut in her life, even when the situations didn't call for it. Yomiko felt him coming near. The thing walked through the door as if he owned the place and didn't even have to knock. Just who the hell did he think he was? Yomiko's eyes watched him silently as he grabbed some snacks from the table, again, like he owned the place. Augh. Normally, she would've raised a fit about how he was acting but she just didn't have the energy to do it. She wish she did, though. He's only taking advantage of this situation because she was having one of her sick spells. The most venerable time in her life. Yomiko knew she was such an easy kill now, that's why around these times she maintained a low profile. She shifted herself under her comforter once more, paying more attention to the commentators than to the freeloading Kuro. Out of the corner of her aurum eyes, it was then that she noticed Kuro pick up her cane, her support in her efforts to walk. Not only did he pick it up, but he twirled it. TWIRLED. Did it look like a baton to him. Yomiko frowned in disdain. "You b***h! Put that down right now!"

Kuro paced through the halls and rooms of the house, glancing occasionally at the family pictures hung on the wall or strange trinkets that were placed on shelves. He could hear Yomiko yelling at him from the living room. Her cane always was a touchy subject. Her pride and joy, and it was now his. He tapped the rubber tip of the cane loudly against the floor with each step he took so that Yomi could easily hear him. "It's even boring here. You should really try to make it more lively around here." He said with a smile as he walked around a room on the opposite end of the house. He took a sip from his silver flask, the smell of alcohol could easily be smelled in the room. Kuro began whistling as he sat down in a chair and began flipping through a small book he had found in Yomiko's room.

Tezuka closed the door of his car with a forceful push and gingerly made his way over to other door, pulling forth a large jug of imported beer and some pizza: meat lover's he'd had Zanza prepare as a secondary pie after having the first one for dinner the previous night. He held the pie gently in his right hand and closed the door, making his way towards Yomiko's house as the sudden sense of another person randomly popped into his head. He sighed, not wanting to discern who it was, figuring it was one of the many people that seemed to be attracted to his girlfriend in so many ways he'd lost count. But right now it really didn't matter. He knocked loudly and opened the door, peering in as he stepped inside and swung the box of pizza in front of himself. "Hey babe!" He smiled, walking over and setting the box on the arm of the recliner on the other side of couch. He tilted his head slightly to the side and looked at her for a moment before dipping in for a quick peck on the lips, hoping it hadn't impeded her vision of the TV, regardless of it being a commercial. He took a step back and maneuvered things around on the table, making just enough room on the table for a part of the pie box while setting the beer on the floor. "What's the score? I couldn't find a good station that would broadcast the game for me." He asked, sitting down and ignoring the third presence in the house. He really didn't care who it was anyway. a finger pointed across towards the pie. "It's meat lovers. So if you don't like some of the toppings just drop them onto the other side for me."

The clacks of her cane against the floor didn't bother her. The fact that they were made by Kuro annoyed her. He was using her cane like it was nothing. He was walking and acting like he owned the house. He was taking advantage of her situation. Yomiko let out a heavy breath, trying to calm herself down. Now wasn't the time to let Kuro get on her nerves. Out of all things, she wasn't going to let him ruin an eagles game just because he felt like he can. Wait. Wait. And what was this about her house being boring?! If she even had the energy, she'd try to beat the s**t out of him. It was whatever at this point. He had the freedom to do whatever he wanted at this point. She wasn't going to stop him because she couldn't. There was no use in bitching about it now. When her boyfriend, however, her disgruntled mood lifted into a semi-happy one. Even though Tezuka was here, it still didn't change the fact that Kuro wandering around in her house. Aurum eyes took in Tezuka's figure as his thing and happily kissed him back when he kissed her. "7-15... Eagles aren't up to par this game... it's sad, really..." Yomiko told him with a slight frown before she buried her head inside of the emerald pillow. "Ignore the a*****e in my room. He wants to be a b***h just because.... he's a b***h. He'll leave, soon.... Hopefully... Kuro has no type of life..." Came Yomiko's voice, clearly muffled from the pillow. "So, how was your day?"

Tezuka smiled at Yomiko as she complained about the other individual skulking around her home, cheeks causing his eyes to become a little squinted as he glanced over at her, reaching his hand out to gently tug at the pillow and move it a little from her mouth. "My day was okay. Got some of the planning down for the summer tours for next year with a few of the bands, but nothing's concrete. Our newest addition, however, is having a wonderful time with their vocalist, but things should be straightened out so once I tell them to settle their s**t or drop the drama queen on his a**." He winked at her, letting his head drooped the side as his shoulder cradled it gently. "How about you, kiddo? Besides the Eagles not deliverin', how you holdin' up?" His smile faded a little, now more of a concentrated look of concern for her well-being. The sickness was something he'd come to terms with extremely quickly, thankful he could devote so much time to her while still being productive at work. 'God bless the invention of hierarchy.' He smiled lopsidedly now, bringing his hand up to gently feel her forehead.

Yomiko removed her face from the pillow with a slight groan as she heard the indication that the half-time show was over. The woman didn't even sit up, not having the energy to do so. The blanket of fatigue was cast upon her now and for how long, she could not say. Damn, did she feel inadequate and helpless. She hated this feeling. The feeling that anyone can walk all over her and she couldn't do anything about it. Ugh, the childhood. A frown flashed onto her face, pushing Tezuka's hand away from her forehead quite hostilely. She didn't want him to baby her, even though it was out of genuine concern. "I'm fine... just a bit weak...," She trailed off as the frown faded away and was replaced with a soft smile. A soft, tired one. "It's nothing to worry about, really. This will pass over in no time... I've been going through this for how many centuries? Wait-- W- Did you just call me 'Kiddo'?" She asked him, finally catching onto the comment.

Tezuka removed his hand from her forehead and sat up, walking over to the foot end of the couch and proceeded to maneuver his way into a seated position with her feet on his lap, covering them up with the blanket after delicately lifting them up and over so he could sit down. His hands lay gently on her legs for a moment. "Why yes I did." He smiled lightly, letting his hands move up to her shins and firmly begin massaging them in a back and forth motion towards her ankles and back up, slowly repeating this as not to cause her to become too tickled. "Would you prefer a different name next?" His gaze turned towards the TV now, watching as the second half got under way with the Ravens receiving the ball, chuckling lightly as it landed almost in the 10 yard line before the Ravens could recover and start heading down field. Unconsciously, his right leg began to shake as he tapped his foot, getting a little excited as the defense swooped in to stop their running play from going beyond the 26th yard line. "Things're starting to come back in our favor." He said in an excited tone. "Just give 'em a push and easy touchdown."

Kuro released a low yawn as he closed the book after reading several chapters of what seemed to be nothing more than a cheap romance novel that involved knights in shining armor and distressed damsels. He gently placed the small book back onto the small table near the bed. Kuro then grasped the handle of the cane and with a twisting motion of his wrist, the cane spun through his fingers and came to rest upon his right shoulder where he held it in the same manner as he usually would handle his blade. He slowly strolled down the hallway, gradually making his way back to the living room which was currently filled with the sound of incredibly enthusiastic cheers. Kuro entered the room where the two sat and took his place in a small, unoccupied chair, setting the cane against the wall and taking another handful of snacks as he decided just to watch this game. Maybe he would actually manage to see what was so interesting about humans running around like madmen chasing a ball.

(bad post but my mind is kinda blank right now sweatdrop )
