Guild Rules
-The use of superweapons that can't be defended against or the use of tactics that leaves a person unable to stop the maneuver is strictly forbidden here. Either stand up and fight and give a chance to defend or use weapons that can be defended against or I'll nix the attack and without debate or warning. -New rule
-No Godmodding
-No Flooding
-No Cybering
-Racial slurs or racist remarks will NOT be tolerated here and will result in immediate reporting (Not even in the OOC thread)
-No begging
-No graphic descriptions, period. I do not want you discussing things that could be construed as either illegal or sick. ((I was looking at this rule and decided to modify after seeing the potential for diaster.))
-No Betraying a fellow member of the Draconis Empire
-No disrespecting a superior officer
-Superior officers may not abuse their lower ranking members
-No attacking unless someone is here to respond
-Techno-Magic, Physical and Psychological augmentations are allowed in this guild just don't create weapons that a regular person can't carry thats for military grade vehicles such as Starships and Mechs etc
-Maintain your loyalty to the Emperor and the Draconis Empire

If you see me add a rule(s) it doesn't mean guild members or guests broke them it just means I saw a need to state the importance to not broke the specified rules, that's all. -No racism, I repeat. NO RACISM is allowed in this guild, no 'ism' for that matter either. No Ageism, Racism, Sexism, or Statusism is accepted. I will NOT tolerate any of it and if I see it in this GGN guilde I WILL boot the person(s) responsible for it. Don't do it. If you experience it, tell either me or a guild member and we'll deal with the responsible parties.
-I AM GOD IN THIS FORUM. If I make a decision that one, of another guild, does not like tough Twi'lek butt. I will make whatever decision I think I am warranted to make under a given circumstance especially if one of my rules are broken. If there is any room for another's interest after my decision is made maybe I'll listen. ((This one is for attacking guild leaders or members from another guild.))
-Guild members of this forum have the right to make any decision they see fit. If a guest has a problem with a guild member's decision they can plead their case to me but most of the time it involves me backing the Guild member anyway. So if you know you did wrong take it on the chin and go on from there. As time passes on I will elect individuals to assist the current guild members in looking things over. If you are a non guild member rest assured I do not abuse my power only exercise it. I prefer not to have to make harsh decision and I am generally kind and fair in my decisions....
-At the very top of the Rules list you see something about superweapons. Most of the reason for expanding the rule list is to further clarify this. Let me explain. I don't mind intelligent maneuvers and superweapons. But if the superweapon is one of those "One-Hitter Quitters" or "Warp in-Attack-Killed-Warp out in one turn" maneuvers I will not tolerate this. If you want to attack fine. But leave the defending party (me) a chance to fight back and make a kill. Also weapons that are fired from a position I have no hope of reaching in order to fire back or to launch a later attack is out of the question. Also I don't mind losing if the other party is the better man but declaring my death for me is also not allowed. Furthermore if you do destroy a planet let me declare what happens to it not you.
-From now on if a guild member or a member of a another guild has a conflict that will blossom into a large extended argument or negotiation please take it to the OOC thread I maintain here in the Draconian forum. This only implies arguments or negotiations that are taking place OOC. If it's a IC discussion keep it in the IC thread your participating in. I just need a central place to view everything from and also to keep the IC threads from blooting out of control. If its not gonna be a extended discussion or something your gonna make 1 or 2 OOC lines in your post for then don't worry about it.
-No Trolling just don't do it. To me it's as bad as Cybering. I draw a line between having fun and Trolling. If your goofing off fine but if your intentionally making posts in order to PO either a guest, Guild Member, or Guild Captain (me) just don't do it. You know the Nike commercials "Just do it" well we have a different motto here in Draconia "Just don't do it."
