All hell has broken loose in Italy. With out a boss to control them, the families have stared a war with humanity itself. Every day, people are shot down just for looking at someone funny. It was getting out of hand, it was too much for even the police and SWAT to handle. So, of course, they had to set the don's free to retain order with society... too bad they had lost power in their absence. The most hostile, insane members of each family had taken over, and demoted the former bosses to soldiers.

FAMILY INFORMATION
Berdette:
The Berdette family is the most prestigious, and by far the most violent. The members take pride in their superiority, and undermine the lower families as frequently as they can. They are ruthless, tactical, and their members specialize in hand-to-hand combat.
Cosca:
The Cosca family is the most well-known, and has been around the longest. Members often take prisoners from other mafias and torture them until they spill their mafia's secrets, then send them back so they can be killed for breaking the code of silence. They are cold-hearted, untrustworthy, and specialize in swordsmanship.
Ortoni:
The Ortoni family is the gentlest, but is still unbearably ruthless. It's the most crafty, given that it lures in members with faulty promises and rewards, and then slits their throat at the smallest sign of rebellion. They take pride in their caution, craftiness, and ability to force members into submission without physical harm. They are by far the most paranoid, and their members are best with guns.
Fiore:
The Fiore family is a mix of people whom were rejected from other mafias, mercenaries, and simple citizens. Despite this, they are the strongest, and the most likely to slaughter an entire town. They have no specific distinctions from other mafias, other than the fact that every member has an 'F' branded on their left shoulder. They are the most diverse of the mafias, and, though somewhat jumbled, they specialize mostly in explosives and sneak attacks.
