Hello, for my school year in Musical Theatre class, we're performing CATS! I just wondered if any one else had done this. We're doing make-up and costuming! I can't wait!
Discuss, please! And hello, I am a new member! heart

Oh god! Cats? I saw that muscial when I was like 10 and it put me to sleep. Of course then I wasn't into theatre as much...
Two people are doing McCavity...I can't spell, so excuse me...for our mucial theatre showcase. It looks like so much fun!
Good luck with wearing thsoe costumes. The makeup itches!!

I was first exposed to it at an Andrew Lloyd Webber showcase. It looks like a really good musical. Be sure to have fun with it.

I love this musical >^_^< I did a solo version of Macavity for many months as part of a cabaret thing, and it was excellent - the fur itches, and the tail is annoying to begin with, plus the wigs/ ears feel so hot and heavy under the lights, and you can't touch your face, or eat or drink anything while the make ups on else the artist shouts at you...
Hehe, that didn't happen to me - I learnt to do my own make up, and I advise you do the same - it's a lot easier.

Sakaki-chan11 Oh god! Cats? I saw that muscial when I was like 10 and it put me to sleep.
I saw it when I was about 12, and I didn't have a clue as to what was going on, and still don't. I begged my parents to take me because I loved the opening number (Jelice (sp?) Songs for Jecile Cats) but that was the only thibng about it I liked, aside form the costumes.
And, welcome to the guild!!
