Hullo all... I studied the subforums pretty carefully and this didn't seem to fit into any of them (it's about novels, but it isn't one...) And yeah, I know, I'm on Gaia on Halloween. Sigh.
But anyway, November (i.e. tomorrow and the rest of the month) is National Novel Writing Month, or NaNoWriMo... the goal is to write a 50,000-word novel inside the 30 days of November. I signed up (it's free) and I'm pretty excited... and since this is an authors' guild I thought I'd share the writing love.

Ouch, that bites. Yeah, I'm pretty sure that school is going to aid in my epic failure with this endeavor, but I'm giving it my best shot.

17,400 words and counting... O noes, I am behind! I've got to step it up. Those of you who are also in the Writers Guild of Gaia, there is a very good topic there concerning word count, inspiration, etc.
