Welcome to Shirou's little home for her gems. Feel free to play with the gems but be careful not to bring any harm. Shirou's very protective over her little ones, and frequently adopts more for her little family. If you also want to help add to Shirou's family by breeding with her little ones, don't hesitate to ask! Shirou's always willing if you can convince her little girl or boy critter to go along with it too. With that, come on in, and explore ~
Also, with the sudden addition of gem shards, Shirou has begun collecting them from time to time, and enjoys trading them. On display are the current collection she's obtained. Don't touch, but don't be shy to ask if you see a gem shard you need. On several occassions if she doesn't need it, she may even give it to you, but don't beg.

Amongst the many royals was little Addy born, and in this kingdom was she raised. Proper, just, and fair practically became this young one's middle names, as she was raised to be a perfect lady, etiquette and manners her best friends in this strange upbringing. Assigned a much older woman as her guide, Addy was taught the old way of speech, Olden English, and was trained to walk, fly, and even run with grace beyond what could be. Having this practically drilled into her head from when she was just a hatchling, Adelaide never learned many of the pleasures as such a child of her kind would.
Deprived of childhood memories, she became, and confused she was when she found others of her kind playing, and enjoying themselves the way they did. Adelaide grew up being highly more mature minded than her peers, and the way she talked made them often misunderstand what she was trying to say, leading her to be out casted and labeled as just another rich snob, despite Addy's obvious kind and gentle nature. Subject to being alone, Addy had some of the least cherishable times in her childhood, shunned, and ridiculed despite her fair intentions. The other children didn't understand her way of thinking, nor did they understand her upbringing did not change the fact she was still just a sweet little critter.
Years passed and despite her rather miserable childhood, Adelaide retained her nature, as she did her etiquette. Adelaide grew up to be the heiress to her parent's fortune, the title of being a princess was passed down to the young critter, and for her birthday, the young one was given her mother's tiara, and her guide had sewn her a poncho, embroidered with beautiful flowers, and a bow to hold it in place around her shoulders. With great joy, she accepted the gifts, and from then on was never seen in public without them.
Lavish was her lifestyle from then, Adelaide was shielded from most of the evils that was shrouded around her, often not allowed out alone due to the fact a princess had many enemies, and the jealous were always a danger for this young critter. With this, Adelaide remained mostly in the home, learning trades that her family believed a lady should know, such as sewing, and how to dance. Adelaide quickly became adept in all such trades due to her time within the home, and wondered curiously why she was never taught servant trades such as cleaning, and cooking.
After nearly mastering her other trades, Adelaide began helping out the servants that were scattered among her household, practically astonishing her parents that she would bother in such, instead of sitting down for sewing and tea. Her parents grew worried over what their daughter would learn from the outside world, and quickly cut her off from it, caging her under their wings, and chaining her down into their lifestyle, depriving her from most of what the world knew, and working fiercely to contain Addy's innocence.
Despite such efforts, Addy somehow always found a way out, and again she did. While one day after begging her guide to take her out into the village, Addy's curiosity brought her to an orphanage, where she found an unhatched gem being given to two willing parents to be raised. Addy, being such a kind critter herself, obtained one, and brought it back to her guide, who completely objected to such. However, the devastation in Adelaide's eyes soon broke the old one's heart, and she did her best to explain such to Addy's parents. After much heated argument and reasoning, Addy was allowed to keep the mossy green gem as her new, adoptive sibling, on one condition -- That Addy would not try to obtain another.
With glee did Addy take the gem to her room, and kept it well cared for, and soon feathers started growing beside it, gray, and unlike the mossy green of the gem, but beautiful anyway. Keeping the gem wrapped up warm in her many blankets, Addy's life became much more bearable, though at times the critter would still long for the open sky, and take an escape for just a few while. It was okay, living the way she did, it would be alright, for Addy was fragile, but still strong in her own way. She would make the best of her life, and of the life of her little sibling she would soon obtain.
