When I was reading the manga, I was all for Nodoka and Negi, shes just so cute!
and I wish you got to see more of Ayaka in the manga, I haven't read the whole series through yet though (for lack of money and dislike of reading online) but I certainly wouldn't have been against a relationship with her and Negi.
Actually Chachamaru was up there too...in fact I liked a lot of people more then Asuna XD

I think the best pairing or my fav pairing for Negi is possibly Nodoka followed closely by Yue
