Ok, ok, I love the whole changes and I love that were all getting into it. But we need some order here, first things first. Let's make it clear to everyone. The policy on the standard swords, and shields is this:
"If you make your OWN weapon and it is by the standards of the Dagorhir rules, and if it passes our standards the Wolf may use it IF there are no standard weapons available. THIS custom weapon may only be used by the owner or to anyone who was given permission. Standard weapons may be used by anyone and will be a requirement for EVERY pup ON Friday Wolf Camp Training Days. THIS rule will be enforced on the first week of December. At that time me and Razor Blade will have made ten standard swords for the armory and the Wolves to use. If not more supplied by Storm and Reynard."
That is non negotiable, I don't want to hear it.
Next, the policy on Wolf pups and Wolf Rank requirements is this:
"Starting Friday October 30th, if you are a Wolf pup who has been to five days of practice or more ALREADY excluding the one on Friday. You will be deducted a practice, and be in pup rank. WITH the four practices under your belt. Saturday practices count towards this requirement. At your FIFTH practice you will be eligible for a WOLF INITIATION TEST, provided by the GrayWolf and all the Captains. This test is different, and a majority of the Captains must be there. (3/4 must be there not including GrayWolf) Once the Initiation is done, and the pup passes there will be a ceremonial feast, (REQUIRED!) ON the NEXT PRACTICE, the Wolf pup will be known as a Wolf. They will also be recognized by their Wolf name. From then on, the initiated Wolf will be placed in Blue Wolf rank for five days. AFTER those five days the Wolf may choose a different rank(they also can stay in Blue Wolf rank should they like it better). They will go under the wing of the Captain and undergo special training for two days. THIS applies towards practices. AT events, IF we are in a need of a Rank of anykind other than Black Wolf and Gray Wolf. Any pup may be drafted into that rank--FOR THAT EVENT ONLY. The draft will apply as ONE day of special training. And only that.
These rules and policies may be changed by a majority vote of all Captains and Gray Wolves. They are non negotiable, and may be overruled should a case of War or emergency occur."

"The policy on Captain rank, all CURRENT Captains will elect an Vice Captain or Second in Command who will take over once said Captain is relinquished of his or her duties due to reasons of location, lack of activity, and or injury. This Vice Captain must gain the approval of each CURRENT Captain. Gray Wolf may overrule the vote should he or she deem the Vice Captain not eligible to be Vice Captain. In a new pack the Gray Wolf personally chooses his or her Captains. This choice is made based on the judgement of leadership abilities, skill abilities, and teamwork abilities. Those who fail in any two of those requirements must not be chosen Captain Rank.
Vice Commanders are given to those that the Gray Wolf trusts to be in care of his or her pack while he or she is gone, absent, or off leading another pack. These are chosen via the requirements of leadership, skill, teamwork, and spirit. Should the candidate fail in ANY ONE of these requirements they will not be chosen Vice Commander.
Gray Wolf Rank is chosen by the Alpha Gray Wolf, who sees that expansion must occur. This rank is given to those who have not only met the requirements of Vice Commander, but goes above and beyond. They must have led the Wolves in practice for two months. They also must have attended a Major battle or event once."
