The Sōkyoku Hill is an iconic, large, rocky mesa located at the center of Seireitei in Soul Society, where it is overlooked by the Shrine of Penitence. The hill is visible from most of Seireitei and is one of the most easily recognizable locations in the Seireitei.

He appears from walking up the brigde to get there and spots the Arrancar. Kenji Quickly senses the Spiritual power and notices that he was atleast at a Lutenat level but could hold his own. He smiled and asked the man "Now what would a arrancar be doing here? Are you on some type of mission?". Kenji Raised his Spiritual power to show his was not just any shinigami.

Capone appeared with a sonido several feet away to watch. The kid was seemingly idiotic or pushing his luck. Capone snapped his fingers. One of his fraccion drew his sword and sliced a tree in half to create a makeshift seat for Capone. Three other fraccion collected timber and swiftly used their skills to create a throne of fresh lumber. Capone sighed as he sat down and puffed a ring of smoke from his cigar. "This will do. Now, let's see what the kid will do." The fraccion to his right leaned to whisper in Capone's ear. "Sir, should we really be here in enemy territory? If the shinigami captains come, you--" the fraccion was cut off as Capone vented his anger with a bala to the arrancar's face. The decapitated corpse fell on it's knees and tumpled to the ground in a pool of blood. Capone now had to suffer his slight temper. "What a fool. Remember this well my sons," he addressed the rest of his fraccion, "there is no one, and I mean NO ONE that can defeat me!"

riku at full speed made it to Sōkyoku Hill in no time flat.we hovered in the air taking in what was going onhe saw the Captain-Commander facing an Arrancar and another Arrancar not to far away watching from a chair.he flow down and landed in frount of the Arrancar setting in the chairhe pointed on glowing finger at the person."what are you doing here.?"

" 2 captain, man i might be cut today,hm" Oakurim looks over at the 2nd captain" and how are you, your soul pressure isn't as strong as the other captain, but you'll do. Oakurim stud up and pointed his arm at the captain." Dense cero" then a cero orb formed in front of his hand and compacted to a small cohesive sphere. cero then released and flying at the captain like a cannon with soul pressure spiraling around it." lets see how fast you are,hm."

Capone chuckled with smoke rising from his mouth. "Humorous, puny little shinigami. Then go ahead, make us leave," he dared. Ten of Capone's fraccion advanced and attacked the captain.

Capone gestured to his fraccion who assembled near Oakurim. "Kid, I'll lend you some of my fraccion so get rid of those idiots. I'd rather avoid combat myself. Someone as civilized as me can't ruin his clothes fighting runts," he said with a chuckle. Despite being the first espada, he really did detest fighting and avoided it if possible. Not to say he disagreed with violence, but rather thought that fighting was a waste of stamina and would ruin his clothes.
