I must admit, I was slightly upset by the fact that the pre-order demo is coming out at 11 PM PST, because that means that I'll be in bed, since it will be about 2AM here, and I've got work.
Course, I will be playing it tomorrow in between work and my night classes.
I just wish that they had made it available about noon-ish, or even about 6 PST, that way the demo would actually be available to everyone in the US on the promised October 27th.
Humbug, I say. Humbug.

So, Left 4 Dead 2 is officially badass. So far I have experienced:
The pain of getting charged and slammed into the ground repeatedly,
The acid of a Spitter,
The balls of a jockey against the back of my neck,
The original infected,
A few angry tanks,
A few angry witches,
The power of a boomer's vomit in a capsule,
More than thirteen different guns,
About five different melee weapons,
What it feels like to take a shot of pure adrenaline,
how it feels to use a defibrillator on a friend,
how it feels to have that situation reversed,
and crowning a wandering witch
All in the first two maps of The Parish.
The demo is amazing, and the game is going to be crazy if this is any indication of how good it is. All those of you that have pre-ordered it, I suggest you go to gamestop or wherever it is that you pre-ordered and get the demo code. For the rest of you, get ready to splatter some zombie brains with the side of a guitar on November 3rd.

I want to get the demo too but they said I had to pre-order it... so I am just waiting for the real game to come out ^^
