The Rules Are as Follows For Being a CREW Member
First, THIS IS NOT THE PLACE TO ASK OR FIND OUT WAYS TO BE A MOD, ONLY ONE TO LEARN THE RULES.
So NOW we can start.
If You're in crew that means that you've managed to fight your way to about 80% to the top so you're basically upper middle.
IF you're a crew member you can now invite people, you can accept join requests and you can view logs. Oh and you get your name on the front page!
I made a mistake there, thanks g00dles.
FIRST, you may in fact invite people to the guild. 
2nd You CANNOT accept join requests... if you do so you will be demoted to member
3rd You can view the logs of what everyone's been up to... really who doesn't like that?
And don't abuse your crew power or i kill you
