I'd like to make this but I live in alaska so finding mochiko is difficult. Is there a substitute glutenous flour that can be used or does anyone know of a place that might ship to Alaska?

I found a possible solution here but its wheat glutenous flour. I mean if its sticky shouldn't it work?
