Chicken-katsu
Ingredients:
Chicken
Egg - beaten (depends one how much you're making to how much egg you need)
Plain/ All Purpose Flour
Panko or just plain bread crumbs
Oil for deep frying
Tools/Utensils:
Wok or deep frying pan.
Stove
sharp knife
tongs or straining spoon
plate
kitchen roll
Step 1: Cut up chicken slices into desired size.
Turn on heat under the wok or deep frying pan with oil in
2: Cover with flour
3: dip and cover the chicken in the egg
4: cover the chicken in the panko or bread crumbs and pat down well making sure all the surface is covered.
5: put into the hot oil for a couple of minutes, until golden brown (Check to make sure the chicken is cooked through!!!)
6: place chicken on plate with kitchen roll on to drain
7: serve or pack into a bento when cooled and chill!
