Why aren't we allowed to kill? I really need to kill right now. My ******** family got me pissed, and now I need to see someone mutilated immediately.

1) Probably because its another persons person. You would need to dicuss it with them.
2) I have no idea. I'm quite frankly stuck where I am in my roleplays because no ones posted in my area or the roleplay died. It's probably the same issue with you.
