Since this subforum is for "Crew Only" I thought that it would be an appropriate place to talk guild building/business, delegation, recruiting efforts, set-up ideas, ect.
Current concern:
Recruiting--if this guild is going to be more than a small friend list gathering, we're going to have to get organized and start to seriously recruit people. Scouring the RP forums is easy enough, but it might be a good idea to decide on qualifications to look for. Obviously good literacy and activity is wanted.
And: Please, don't be shy to post ideas relating to the guild. Let's get this puppy moving. smile

Well, considering I made this Subforum all access, I still think this would be the place to talk about this. The Guild is called "The Bloodpack - Epic Roleplays" so...
With Recruiting. I added to the front page for those who wish to join should give a little taste of how they roleplay and such. I have let one or two people join without needing that but i think anyone that joins from here on should post a little "Taste Post" showing us how they role play. That will help us decide if we what them in the guild or not.
Also, we want people that will be active enough to roleplay. As my friend, Beowulfhinamo, has mentioned. We have like 6 or 7 people in the guild but only 3 of them are active. That isn't a good thing. My thought is people should post somewhere at least once a week if they don't want to get a guild boot in their haunches.
Let me know what everyone else thinks.

This Subforum has been remade into Crew Access only again. That should help us keep our ideas safe.

That sample posting can be taken care of in the join request can it not? We could have an introduce oneself type of thread going as well.
And yeah, booting some peeps after a period of inactivity would probably be a good idea. It's really sad that we have crew and a vice captain who haven't even done anything. :/

Ketsurmarzei has a legit excuse though. He doesn't always have access to a computer from my knowledge. And i won't give him the boot because he is a good friend IRL to me. I understand that things would be better if I seperated Gaia Life from Real Life, but with all circumstances in place. I won't be booting Ketsu, nor will i be happy if anyone else does.
With that aside, Yes the Sample Role Playing posts can be taken care of with the Joining form. I do agree about the Forum for people to introduce themselves. I'll get right on it. It'll be a Sticky in The Main Forums.
