is edward cullen gay i know he is all ike "bella i love you, your the best ithing ever" or does he really like jacob and pretends to like bella to eat her and pretend to hate jacob out of fear of someone finding out

I find calling someone who is a big asswipe (Edward) gay is offensive to people who actually ARE gay. It's better just to call them an asswipe.

edward is not gay. he is very, very straight. obnoxiously straight. he is one of the most heterosexual men i have ever read in fiction, just short of beating bella over the head with a sparklie club and dragging her off to the nearest cave. if he were a little more sensitive, that would be an improvement.
please don't use gay as an insult. being gay =/= being a bad person.

True, Edward has no real Chemistry with Bella and their whole relationship reads as forced and arbitrary as Hell, but that's not because he's gay; I'ts just because Twilight is written like s**t.
