Appearance Description
For the most part, Saiyelle is pretty average, at least as far as her physical size is concerned. If anything, she's perhaps a tad scrawny for her size, though what mass she does have is mostly muscle. What is most bizarre about her appearance is the actual coloration of it--that is, Saiyelle is completely blue from head-to-toe, including the was-whites of her eyes. After the incident in Kiwigakure, Saiyelle injected herself with large quantities of her family's blue tattoo ink, until every inch of her body was completely blue. Even her clothes are blue. The only things that aren't blue about Saiyelle are her teeth, nails, and innards.
Personality
Unstable, over-emotional, and impossibly loyal to Orochimaru, her friends only after him. She views herself at a distance and as little more than a common criminal. She therefore doesn't believe she deserves anything, even freedom. In general, she tends to be adventurous and free-spirited, pursuing her curiosities where it doesn't go against Orochimaru's wishes.
History
Born and raised in Kiwigakure, Saiyelle Mourei was trained early in life to use her family's kekkei genkai, following in the Mourei tradition of tattoos and other liquid-based artwork. She was put through the Ninja Academy just like all the other youngsters, graduating in due time. She was, for the most part, an average, normal little girl, living with her mother, father, and baby brother. It was the home life that broke this trend, a home life that all of Kiwigakure's citizens ignored. Saiyelle's father, Jaire Mourei, was so skilled at his art that everyone refused to acknowledge his darker side, his horrific acts that cast his family beneath a dark cloud. Her bruises and the dark bags beneath her eyes were enough to tell any child that something was horridly wrong, and the sounds of muffled screams and sadistic moans were enough to alert the nightly passers-by. But the man was so talented, so skilled, that people simply refused to believe it, and so no one ever did anything about it.
Some say it was the grace of some god, some divine gift, that finally freed Saiyelle from her father's horror, but anyone who witnessed the aftermath might sooner suggest she was simply finally at her wits' end. All anyone knows of what happened is the shrill cry that ripped through the serene night, filled with years of anguish and hatred, a scream of pure loathing that pealed out like discordant bells, somehow powerful enough to shatter the windows of not only the Mourei residence but each of its neighbors. By the time anyone showed up at the house, all that was left were the bloodied remains of what could barely pass for human corpses, their identities known only by those who had seen the mother, father, and infant son while they were still alive. Poor Saiyelle was no where to be found.
She'd somehow managed to run far, far away, horrified by what she'd done. She changed her appearance, going so far as to dye her entire body a deep blue. It was perhaps the trauma from what had happened that ate away the last of her sanity, and she set out on a personal journey to find the infamous Orochimaru and his Village Hidden in Sound. Such a place suddenly seemed fitting after what happened, and Saiyelle had convinced herself that her horrific ability meant she was supposed to join the feared Sound Nin.

Kekkei Genkai (Clan Specialty)
Some members of the Mourei family, Saiyelle being one of the few, are able to store portions of chakra into the tattoos they create. This can be done on themselves or on another, storing a jutsu aside for later use. The process cuts out a portion of the subject's chakra and stores it into the tattoo. When the tattoo is dismantled, the chakra is released as a jutsu whose seals are drawn into the design of the tattoo itself. The chakra stored into the tattoo is unable to be accessed in any other way, and the loss remains until the stored jutsu is used, at which point the chakra recovers at its normal rate.
