((sorry if i'm doing mulitple posts and not supposed to. i'm trying to keep this organized))
Technician: Mitsuki Sieon
Personality: Tough, Headstrong, Stubborn, and Out-Going.
Background: Pretty normal past, both parents accomplished Techs, no real childhood drama to speak of. Always in the shadow of her older sister Suzumi Sieon. Resents family for it and works extra hard to try to out-do her sister and gain some recognition. Has something close to a god-complex without the god part. Is hell bent on being the best and will do most anything to achieve her goal.
Weapon: Karina
Type: Kwan-Dao (will supply picture if requested)
Personality: Rude to begin with, Slightly Stuck-Up, Not very Social, and Moody.
Background: Ran away from home at 10 because she discovered her weapon abilities and her parents were not so thrilled, to say the least. She's not very trusting of others and wants to become a Death Scythe to prove to her abandoned family that she isn't just some freak and that she can actually be of some use in the world.
Resonance: Celestial Shot
Karina becomes a fiersome and rather large bow that Mitsuki aims with great skill as an arrow that resembles a star forms in her hand. After taking the shot, spires can be seen comming out of the star arrow that is part of Karina. When the star hits anything, target or not, the spires will shoot out in all directions to ensure a hit.

RP Sample: Mitsuki walked with Karina in hand through the desolate graveyard, waiting for...whatever it was they were supposed to be killing tonight. Meanwhile Karina was trying hard to maintain her focus enough to stay in her Kwan-Dao form that was still fairly new to her.
Then a couple tall guys jumped out at the girls from behind a set of large tombstones. Mitsuki swung Karina fiercely and managed to get a rather deep cut into one of the men in one swing before backing off some. Karina's focus wavered some but she managed to maintain. Mitsuki spun Karina around like a baton with exceptional skill and killed one of the attakcing men by cutting him in half. She then took out the other with a good deep slash to the chest. "Well...There's our mission for the night. Let's find a place to stay Karina-chan." Mitsuki said cheerfully as Karina returned to her normal form and held her head some. "Easy for you to say..." She groaned as the pair walked off into the night.
