okay, wut if on halloween, ppl try 2 dress up as someone from lucky star, winner gets a prize (host chooses prize) but if they do konata, they cost bouns points,
okay, there will b 4 winners, they could dress up as miyuki, tsukasa, kagami, or konata
they can dress as haruhi if ur doning konata xD
if u think is fair or u want 2 add in some rules, reply ^^
