Feel free to post any and all OOC chat here in this subforum. Talk about who you are, where you're from, the weather, yada yada... You can even chat about character development or how you want a certain scene to play out. Just follow the rules of the guild and have fun. mrgreen
Also, if you plan on not being around for awhile, please post here to let us know that.

Okay... I will start. Welcome to my Guild. I am fairly new to Gaia, but am very literate in typing and with computers. ** EDIT EDIT EDIT ** Please call me Kalintria (Kalin or Kali for short). I am 23 years old and mom to 3 kids (ages 8, 4, 2, and 11 months). For now I work full time as an Assistant Distribution Manager at a Newspaper Distribution Warehouse. In my free time I take care of the kids, and write (or type rather) and draw. I love to write novels and poems. I am currently working on a new book, which I am hoping to publish in a year or two. I love to draw the characters of my books or scenes. Here's a quick pic of me... I photoshopped it with my "Markings" (HoN reference wink )

Allow me to introduce myself...
My name is Jake. I'm 22, college grad., and I've been roleplaying ever since the 7th grade. I've played many pencil and paper RPs but my favorites are: D&D (started in 3rd ed., love 3.5 ed., currently resisting 4th ed.), Deadlands, Hunter the Reckoning, 7th Sea, and Serenity. I just moved from Arkansas to Las Vegas, Nevada and I'm currently testing with the Las Vegas Metro Police Dept. But until they hire me, I work at Gamestop.

I feel so young! D: I'm Crystal, or Vertigo. Fifteen years old, Sophomore in highschool. I'm very literate and have been reading novels my whole life. I stumbled upon the joy of books, when I was four. My brother, who was nine at the time, read the first Harry Potter book to me. The next year, when I was five, I read the second and so on. When I was eight, I read Lord of the Rings, and I've been in love with it ever since, haha. I've always read at a very high level, reading Robert Jordan and Stephen King by the time I was in fifth grade. I used to write a lot as well, but I think I lost a lot of my creativity, haha. Now adays the only thing I write are essays for school, and roleplays. I also enjoy acting, and playing soccer.
Ahh, sorry for boring you guys, once I start, I can't stop. xD

Ahh, sorry for boring you guys, once I start, I can't stop. xD Wow you were very young when you started reading the "big kids" books. Good for you! That's my goal for my kids. I couldn't read Harry Potter... I know it is meant to be like a 12 year old was writing it, but come on now... seriously. Does his grammar have to be THAT bad?? I picked up LOTR when I was in the 9th grade and read it in a month (all three), then I went on to read the rest of Tolkien's works throughout high school. My favorites include The Silmarrillion, The Hobbit, and of course the trilogy. I also love Peter Jackson as a director. I just recently saw his new movie, District 9, which was amazing! I stopped reading when I started working... simply no time, but after having my son, I have lots more time on my hands. So I have read everything that these RPs are based off of. Don't worry about rattling on... I am prone to it as well ^case in point^ and it is welcome here. mrgreen

Actually, one of my favorite sayings is "I don't read because I'm smart, I'm smart because I read." Personally, I still love the Harry Potter books. I'm not sure what it is about them, but I've re-read that series so many times. I've never read The Silmarrilion, but I love The Hobbit and the trilogy. The movies are amazing, and I've seen them so many times that I can recite every word, complete with emotion and facial expression xd My copies are VHS though, and my VCR ate The Fellowship Of The Ring, which I was incredibly upset about. I'm hoping to get the DVD's though.

Hello, new member here =D. The name is Mercy (silly, silly name sweatdrop ), and I'm 19 years old. I'm a bit of an author myself, but I rarely let my work see the light of day after its finished. whee I've been roleplaying casually since I was thirteen and reading ravenously long before that. My freshman year of high school I started playing Dungeons and Dragons (I was taught on 3.5 and I refuse to pick up 4th edition ever again crying ) and that's when I started getting into roleplaying a bit more heavily. I'm a very shy person, on gaia and in my daily life. So I wouldn't mind making a few new gaia friends as well as getting my daily RP fix. I look forward to contributing! Ah, and adding physical evidence to what a big nerd I am, here is me cosplaying Orihime at some con or another. sweatdrop

It is great to meet you and I am glad that you have decided to join my humble guild. I do not have any other active participants at this current point in time crying If you know anyone that is also interesting in RPing daily, please feel free to extend them an invite. Once we do start getting a lot more active people, I am going to be doing contests for posting and referrals. I have plenty of Gaia Gold, items, and Cash to keep them coming too. xd Anyways, good to meet you and hope you enjoy getting your daily RP fix.

Vercheil >> Also, I'm browsing the guild and I'll probably make a profile to use in the most recently updated thread soon. Glad to have you, Vercheil. Feel free to jump into any story, or suggest a new one.

Vercheil Working out a profile for the Forgotten World, and I have a few questions if that's alright? What type of setting is it? >>;; I know that sounds silly, and if you want I can just wing it and jump in. I have a lot of time on my hands until Thanksgiving, and then also after Thanksgiving. XD When my relatives leave. So, I'm going to be posting daily if that's okay... On that note, do I have to wait a day after you've posted to reply if we're the only ones posting in the thread? In case someone else wants to? That would be great. I am really just winging the whole story as I go along. It is my first real test at creating my own story line, so any assistance would be grand. If it is just us two, then no, you don't have to wait 24 hours. And if you post and I do not respond, feel free to post again after 24 hours to keep everything moving. It might be a little confusing, but the characters I am using are from another story thread. If you want the link, I can post it.
