Yes, even they know it stinks!
Maybe I'm getting ahead of myself. This is where all quotes from actors, from the movie or otherwise, insult Twilight and it's fans.
Robert Pattinson is a VERY large Anti.
E! Interview
When I read it ... I was convinced that Stephenie was convinced that she was Bella, and ... it was like it was a book that wasn't supposed to be published, like reading her — her sort of sexual fantasy about some — especially when she says that it was based on a dream, and it's like, "Oh, then I had a dream about this really sexy guy" and she just writes this book about it, and there's some things about Edward that are just so specific that ... I was just convinced that this woman is mad, she's completely mad, and she's in love with her own fictional creation. And I sometimes ... feel uncomfortable reading this thing, and I think a lot of people feel the same way, that it's kind of voyeuristic ... It creates this sick pleasure in a lot of ways.

Most of the people who commented where I found this were Anti's and respected him for it. And then there were the people who said he should keep it to himself. Yeah, lying in a n interview is SUCH a good thing to do.

Empire Magazine Interview
"When you read the book," says Pattinson, looking appropriately pallid and interesting even without makeup, "it's like, 'Edward Cullen was so beautiful I creamed myself.' I mean, every line is like that. He's the most ridiculous person who's so amazing at everything. I think a lot of actors tried to play that aspect. I just couldn't do that. And the more I read the script, the more I hated this guy, so that's how I played him, as a manic-depressive who hates himself. Plus, he's a 108-year-old virgin so he's obviously got some issues there."

Dude... He saw the purple prose. He actually saw it~! And I love how he describes Edward. Seriously, don't we say that a lot?

Empire video interview
You can only play it as kind of... two dimensional... like blob. You just have to a, a man meat. You just have to take your shirt off and be some bland thing people can project on to.

That was when he was asked how he reacted when reading the screen play. Apparently, he noticed the lack of personality.

Finding more currently, but these are pretty fun to find. Kirsten will probably be up soon.

That's really pathetic when even the cast doesn't like it. I'm surprised he's continuing if he hates it that bad, maybe he can't find any other work to do right now, or he signed a contract to do all 4 I don't know. I'm starting to like this guy.

I mean, you have to question their motivations—to watch two people so unhealthily devoted to each other . . . I stand behind everything that they do. I have to justify it in my mind, or else I couldn’t play the character. But they are definitely not the most pragmatic characters. The weirdest ******** themes run through this story—like dominance and masochism. I mean, you always have to realize that the story needs to make sense to the 11-year-olds who read the book and aren’t necessarily going to be viewing a scene as foreplay. But then there is the other segment of the audience—a large percentage—who does see the scene as foreplay. And it’s pretty deep, heady foreplay.

...Notice anything? Unhealthily devoted? The weirdest themes like dominance and masochism? Sanity has found her as well~!

He happens to play Bill in "True Blood" on HBO. I had to snort at that, since it's pretty darn true.

Irish Central Article
"Harry Potter" star Evanna Lynch is not a fan of "Twilight" the vampire series and teen sensation.

And, in comments that are bound to stun fans of Richard Pattinson, Lynch says she doesn't get the big fuss about his Edward Cullen role.

"Get over it," she advises Kristen Stewart who plays Bella in the “Twilight” films. "She's always talking about how beautiful Edward is. Get over it."

Lynch, who plays Luna Lovegood in "Harry Potter," says she just doesn't get the appeal of the Stephenie Meyer’s epic vampire series.

Speaking to a Danish Web site kino.dk Lynch said “Twilight” doesn’t match up to “Harry Potter.”

“They are good books but I don’t think they are as fantastic as ‘Harry Potter,’” she said. “I don’t think they are that good, and for a time I was a bit, like, anti-‘Twilight.’ Everyone said it was the new ‘Harry Potter’ and I don’t agree.”

Luna Lovegood's actress gives her verdict~!

Sorry it's not up to my usual posts, but my mind is odd from eating sweets all night.

Actually, I have read contradictory articles interviewing both stewart and pattinson. The one for stewart said that she didn't even know what twilight was and thought it was some sort of cult movie when she was trying out. I mean, please, has she been living in a box? And pattinson was recently interviewed and talked about how he based edward's character off of these movie characters from movies he'd watched. What character? None of these people HAS a character. I think the fame and rabid fangirls are getting to him.

Robert Pattinson seems to be a pretty cool guy who, like most actors, wanted to make it big and grabbed at his chance. Now it seems like he deeply regrets it, but what's a contracted man to do?

I'm not sure she has anything AGAINST the actors, actually. It's the story itself.
