We're not using NPCs for this party, instead we're letting GCDers put their own touch into the various roles!

We have plenty to fill, some more than others. People post which role you would like, give us an example of why you want it and what you would do with it.

Note: These are roles, not characters. You will be your own character, performing what ever job you'd like to sign up for. I encourage you to put your own little twist on what ever role you take, make things fun and memorable!
(and excuse any spelling errors, I'm literally doing about five things at once, my brain is pretty much just breathing fire at what ever it sees.)

IMPORTANT ROLES! (have time contraints)

The Magician! On Friday night we'll be opening the celebrations with a great magic show! Most importantly we need someone who will be free Friday evening (probably around 5:00 West Coast so the East coasters can be there too?) You also need to be able to set up and roleplay a magic act! Whether it be funny or serious, it's up to you! Make it your own!

The Magicians Assistant! What is a magician without an assistant? The assistant will be there to help the Magician with his/her tricks and help him/her come up with a great show.
-Miss Conception-

The Detectives! Those medeling kids! The Durem Theater was closed years ago due to a string of deaths. The media passed these off as "accidents" but this detective team suspects murder. They've decided to come to the party to make sure nothing fishy happens.
-Need two or three-
-Needs to be fairly active (we need at least one detective around most of the time)
-Needs to be trustworthy (as a detective you will be trusted with classified information!)
Warning: As a detective you won't be participating in the event normally. Your job is to keep things moving, to accuse guests being criminals, getting in the way of those "medelling kids" trying to solve the mysteries themselves, and be an all around grumbly obstacle to anyone who thinks they should take this case on themselves. Unlike the other roles, we're going to be a bit picky about this one.

Theater Jobs (they keep the place running)

Head Chef: Not sure if we're going to fill this role or just have him silently grumble at the kitchen staff, but if there's a spooky stressed out vampire here you would be perfect for the role.
Kitchen staff (two or three spots) It's your job to keep the snacks on the tables, prepare the meals and make sure that nothing fishy gets into the stew pot (good luck on that) From the inexperienced volunteers to those who know a thing or two about cooking, head chef if bound to keep you busy (should be a lot of fun)

Escorts: From welcoming guests at the start to making sure everyone knows where there seat is, it's your job to make sure things are running smoothly. You'll be running about, making sure everyone knows about the latest show or activity, getting people to their rooms and keeping some of the most interesting Theater Gossip. You are welcome to get together with the other escorts and coming up with a basic uniform or item that you all wear.
(Plenty of spots open, the head Escort will need to be on quite often)

Haha i would want to be a detective but i feel those people know everything that happens in the storyline, so i dont want it to be spoiled for me >.<;;

I would have liked to be a detective, but I don't think I'll be active enough for the position, plus I'll probably have more fun as a regular guest walking around and doing my own snooping.

I guess I could be an escort. : D
