If you need a cell, come here! If you are looking for a cell to join, look at the accepting cells below. If there are no accepting cells or you want to make one from scratch then post here so we can put you on a list of cell-less people. Once three of you have decided to join together you may pick a captain and that person is to post the new topic for your cell. When making a new cell title it as "Cell [insert a number here]: [insert an alternate team name or the members' names here]" and then you're ready to go. You may have either three or four people in a cell but no more than that.

I'm not so much looking for a cell as I am looking for people to be in a cell with me. I almost nominate myself to be the captain, because, well, besides the lack of opposition at the moment, I think I could do fairly well and I've had experience in both RPing in general and DMing missions and such.

Sorry to throw a monkey wrench into the works here, BUT after some wheeling and dealing (mostly on Haruko's part), She has disbanded her cell, and She and Kyoma have decided to join mine. (Team Captain pending atm)
Anyways, first off, thank you broken_ninja for being understanding... cool
Secondly, there are now 3 people looking for a Cell :
broken_ninja , tyhier_uchiha, and Countess Halliwell
I will leave it to them to decide if they want to group together, or wait for an RP relationship to develop first.
