Hunter- Music Hunter
Name- Cecelia Tomura
Gender- Female
Age- 18
Height, Weight and body build- 4'11" , 150, Slender and curvy
Description- Cecelia has waist long deep red hair that is wavy towards the bottom and bright green but dull eyes. Her clothes are all casual and comfortable but also still fashionable, though she does not care for clothing and the like.
Bio- Cecelia comes from a petite and prosperous family. Her parents were very strict on her, but were not often home and left Cecelia's care to the servants and maids. They became a surrogate family for her and took care of her. One of the servants taught her how to play music and she's been hooked ever since. It took her six tries before she managed to pass the hunter exam and that was merely because she got lucky, but now that she's a hunter, she wants to seek out lost musical pieces. In order to do that, she must first learn how to control and improve her nen along with her fighting abilities.
Interests, hobbies, profession- She is passionate about music, though she's still getting the hang of it. Besides music, she enjoys reading and surfing the net for games and the like. She doesn't need to work. She's already rich enough.
Tools- a portable solar powered laptop and a cell phone
Weapons- a sword, though she's still a bit clumsy
Fighting Styles- She doesn't know much about fighting, but her reaction time is pretty good and she can defend herself pretty decently.
Main Hatsu Type- Materialization
Power- Ongaku Bakudan
Details- Cecelia can materialize a microphone with an attached saber guard used for defense. When she sings into it, notes come out of the other side. The notes, when they hit something, explode on contact and, depending on the scale of the notes and her nen, the strength varies from strong to weak. If she sings certain note combination's and words into the microphone, though, she can also casts certain spells that can either hinder opponents or help allies. When she isn't casting spells, her notes are a deep purple.
Pledge or Limitation- 1. The notes can only travel in a straight line
2. The lower she sings into the microphone, the weaker the note bomb and vice versa.
3. The bombs don't appear when she sings using words.
4. She can only summon the microphone when she is facing 3 or more opponents.
5. Spells that she casts cannot include words, instead they have to be sung in quick succession.
6. Her spells cannot instantly kill a person.
7. The amount of time it takes to cast a healing spell is equal to the amount of damage she wants to heal.
8. The amount of time it takes to cast an offensive spell is equal to the amount of damage she wants to inflict on her opponent.
9. When powering up her offensive spell, as soon as the power rate reaches a certain point, the offensive spell will fire of it's own accord, therefore keeping the sixth rule.
Info- The type of music she sings is mostly without words. Most of you know what a microphone looks like, so I'll just describe the color of it and which parts aren't on normal microphones. The body is a dark metallic blue color with silver lines weaving in and out. Unlike most microphones, though, the body is a little longer so that the saber guard can fit. Speaking of which, the saber guard is basically the same color combination as the body except the edges are lined with white.
