~ Introduction ~ Greetings all, to the official OmniDrink pre-event guide! Before the event begins, the higher-ups in the corporate food chain here at OmniDrink have asked us to begin searching for and compiling information regarding the upcoming event into a guide. Due to our lack of people here, I will likely be doing most of the guide. However, if anyone has an urge to help set up the guide now, you're very welcome to help. When the event starts, this guide will be updated with new information, and it will be upgraded from a pre-event guide to a full event guide.

~ [NPC] B.O.O. ~ B.O.O. (Benevolent Order of the Overseer) gave it's loyalty to the Overseer, the former Daily Chance clam.
After realizing that the seemingly-evil demigod, Sentinel, had somehow come back into power, the Overseer quickly left the safety of it's aquarium to begin searching for a mortal vessel to use as a way to communicate with other mortals.
Eventually, Gino was found as a suitable mortal to take control over, and thus, Ginoverseer (Or Clambino) was formed.
Under the false promise to keep the populace safe from Sentinel's wrath, the Overseer began taking advantage of his followers by turning them into his own personal slave army.
For the length of the war, the Overseer remained attached to Gino, living a life of luxury inside of the war tents near the battlefield. However, when the final battle against Sentinel came, the Overseer left Gino to revert into his true form, a powerful demigod. Although powerful, however, he had no real combat skills of his own, which led to a quick defeat against Sentinel.

~ [NPC] S.I.N. ~ S.I.N. (Sentinel's Infernal Nation) gave it's loyalty to a seemingly-evil demigod by the name of Sentinel.
Sentinel, an ancient demigod whose goal was to flood the world with demons, regained her power after striking a deal with Jack, the avatar of Halloween.
Making her first public appearance at the funeral of Bruce Hardcastle, she tested her powers by bringing Bruce back to life. While this scared the preacher away, Bruce swore his loyalty to her, and became her first minion. Not much time passed before she began recruiting massive amounts of followers, and construction soon began on a massive portal to fuel her cause.
However, she was soon entered into a war with her long-time nemesis, the Overseer. As their armies fought, Sentinel's power increased, as well as her portal's.
However, the war soon came to an end as the Sentinel demanded a fight with the Overseer himself, which she quickly won on account of actually knowing how to fight.

~ General Event ~ For those who weren't demigods, both armies needed people to fight with and against. As such, most Gaians decided to join one of the two sides, eventually ending up into one of the largest struggles of power since Halloween '04. Anyone who decided to join a team got a skin for the event, but in the end, only one side would keep theirs.
As the days of the war passed, each army got larger. Minions were forced to do tasks to keep the war going, as well as to give power to their leaders' weapons. Loot items were granted to those who succeeded in their tasks, and event items were granted to those who were able to gain enough experience from completing the missions.
In the end, it was a close count, but Sentinel won the war for her army as she defeated the Overseer himself in a one-on-one fight. However, Jack ended it before she was able to kill the Overseer.
Instead of leaving them as they were, however, Jack decided to strip both demigods of their power, throwing them into a nearby area. When they awoke, the battlefield they had fought on was in ruins, and they were now mere mortals.

~ OmniDrink's Perspective ~ When OmniDrink's Board of Directors got wind of Gaia's upcoming event, they almost immediately began searching for information regarding the event. However, once the event's plot was revealed, almost everyone on the board decided to keep the company neutral, until they can view user feedback on the event. Due to this, OmniDrink is taking a fully neutral standpoint until the event begins, or possibly even a few days afterwords. We will, in fact, remain neutral until a good amount of user feedback has been put into the system. Once the mark has been hit, the board will begin moving to a chosen side for the event, either B.O.O.'s side or S.I.N.'s side. Please note that OmniDrink's corporate decision should not affect your own during the event. We encourage you to have fun during the event in any case, with your opinion not biased based on our own. Thank you for your cooperation, and have fun during the event!
