Greetings, all! I was wondering if any of you knitted, sewed, or did any otherwise creative domestic activity!

I knit, poorly. I've recently become interested in improving my skills, in the hopes of making small accessories for myself- and if I have the talent and time, for others!

Along with that, I've toyed with taking sewing classes so that I could make and mend some of my own Lolita clothing. And you know. Maybe... make some cat clothing. For my cat. Uh.

Ladies, if you will, share with me your opinions on such crafties!

Aww, I love knitting <3 so entertaining. Have you heard of Etsy? It's a wonderful website where the sell all of their handmade items. They sell quite a lot of adorable amigurumi crochet/knitted plushes <3 and tell you how to make them. A friend of mine on there (she works for tokyopop) has a lot of anime artwork, especially loli stuff (of course) and that may give you ideas!

Yes! I have, I was just on there looking up accessories! I might look into the knitting stuff, but I think I'd rather have a solide base first. Agh, difficult. Always too tight.

REMEDY: Going to an old lady's knitting club this Sunday with a friend.

I can only knit plain stitches xD In a scarf. I did Crochet a red and black stripey hat after watching a fabulous tutorial on youtube though... It turned out okay. I love traditional crafts ^_^- They're so quaint and useful too! ~

I can't knit. My mom can crochet, but I'm no good at it.
I can sew, a little bit, but my mom's teaching me a lot! I can't wait to learn more! I've already made a skirt with her help, but want to aim to make a skirt by myself! ^U^

I do wish I could do all that kind of stuff.

I tried to learn how to knit when I was younger, but I never could really get off the ground with it.

I have wanted to learn to sew my whole life.. I do thing by hand. Crappily. But it's just playing around. I really want to take a class.. I want to make my own things.. v__v
