History:
Throughout her life Lucine had grown up in the higher levels of the Lower Dregs. Her father was cast from society after a series of murders one including Lucine's mother. She lived with him until she was old enough to escape her homicidal father. In her sixteen years in the Lower Dregs she saw death on a daily bases. At first she was scared and tormented by the images that the horrid population left in its wake but before long her mind warped into the fascination of death. Once when ransacking around with her father she managed into the Mid Hive where a upper wealth family lived. She found herself in a room filled with books of magic and lore. A special book caught her eye as she traveled through the tombs. "Libris Mortes... the book of undead..." She was confused by the term and began to read. The discovery of this miss-matched life after death intrigued her to no end. She stole the book and fled leaving her father to be caught. She had hated the man all her life and now was rid of him. She studied the book memorizing the stories of the undead the powers they possessed and the spells inscribed. By the time she was seventeen she had unearthed a corpse in the rag tag graveyard built in these slums. She used the magic from the book and the body of a long dead man rose in front of her ready to obey her commands. This structure began to push her into an obsession of life, death, undeath, and human anatomy. Before long she managed to dable into the most forbidden of spells the books held. She studied long and hard on the process of becoming a Lich. A Lich was a human turned undead on their own accord, usually a powerful wizard. She sought out the items she would need as her phylactery. Her soul and life force then bound into the book she so adored as well as a small assortment of trinkets she would forever keep hidden as to their significance. Within a year the process finished and her body decayed to that of an undead. Her life gone but her mind hungry for power. She made her way to the Mid Hive under a new name with a disguise to hide her half rotten body. She began moving at night searching for bodies to enjoy and study for the process of understanding human mentality as well as anatomy. She dressed in all black and wore pounds of make up to hide her true figure. She eventually found herself going to a nearby club where a special DJ had befriended her. Thanks to that DJ Rave, Lucine found her first friend.

Little Susie is one of the most morbid of Lucine's undead. Susie was a young girl in the Lower Dregs whom had been murdered by her father and left out in an ally. Lucine was young when she found the corpse of Little Susie but had already delved into the practice of Necromancy. Now that she had nearly mastered it she has brought he girl back with a her original memories however placed a few new ones in this little girl. Lucine has placed herself as Little Susie's mother and promises to always love her. Susie is obsessed with Lucine and uses her very unique power to protect her.
