History
Personal history as told by David Spragut: "I was born in London many years ago and at the age of five was abandoned by my parents in a local orphanage. Spent the next few years bouncing from family to family, orphanage to orphanage until one day I wound up in Japan and was taken in by a kind young gentleman. The man was named Haduma Satori, but those who knew him referred to him as the king of the moon.
When I turned twelve, the man who I had come to see as a father told me of his plans to form a village. Told me that he would form his own hidden village and that he wanted me to serve under him. I was still young at the time and thought his ambitious claims to be the result of a little too much Sake. That someone as young as him could not only form a hidden village, but keep it from being crushed by the more established armies of Konohagakure, Sunagakure, Kirigakure, Kumogakure and Iwagakure. Legend had it that these villages had in there possession some of the most highly trained ninja in all of Japanese history. But Haduma succeed and the village of Getsugakure was formed. I was one of the first individuals to enroll in Getsugakure's ninja academy at the age of fifteen and within a year I had graduated to the rank of Genin.
Around the time of my sixteenth birthday Haduma began referring to himself at the Tsukikage or First and spent increasingly large amounts of time away from home in his office. He became cold and distant, too absorbed with running the village to pay me even the slightest of attention. By my seventeenth birthday I was virtually living alone and that's when 'the trouble' and Haduma called it started. I learned of a child genius living in Konohagakure that at age 3 had somehow managed to invent his own jutsu. At first I was jealous, but eventually I came to realize that if a youngster like him could do it, so could I.
By the time I turned eighteen I had achieved the rank of Jounin and had decided to focus my jutsu creation on poison and deadly animals. Every day I would hunt down and capture animals in the local forest that seemed exceptionally dangerous. I dissected the animals, trying to figure out what made them tick, what was so special that allowed them to do the amazing and terrifying things that they did. Haduma never figured out what I was doing, late at night in my dark room, and sometimes I wonder what he would say if he had found out. Maybe I would not have gotten so deep into my research or perhaps my final punishment would come sooner. By the time I turned twenty I had mastered what I began to call the transformation techniques. By killing animals and injecting there blood into my system, I was able to temporarily transform into my victim.
That's when things got a little out of hand. I learned from experience that I was unable to control my actions while in the form of these animals, so I always took the precaution of locking myself up, but one night I must have left the locks a little too lose. Or perhaps the chains were just a bit too rusty. The only thing I remember from that night is waking up in the middle of the street, a squad of LUNA members surrounding me, mouths all hanging wide open. Haduma was informed of what I had done and decided to publicly chastise me in front of the entire village. I felt ashamed of my research, but at this point I was too far in to turn back and within a week I was back to injecting myself.
In the summer of my 21st year the village was attacked. I never did learn which village it was that attacked us, all I know is that I awoke in the middle of the night to Haduma injecting me with every type of animal blood he could get his hands on. From that night onwards I became a weapon of Getsugakure. Mixing four or five animals together seemed to have the effect of turning me into a monster of sorts and so whenever trouble brewed, dear old 'dad' pumped me full of blood and dropped me off in the middle of a group of 'targets'. When I wasn't being used as a weapon, the now middle aged man kept me locked up in his basement, unable to spread the tale of his atrocities to the citizens of his precious Getsugakure.
On my 30th birthday I was able to capture a rat with my foot. Using it's blood I escaped from the cell and was taken in by a young boy. I told the boy may story and together we came up with the framework for Hakumei. A few weeks later trouble appeared in Getsugakure in the form of a tailed beast. When Haduma went looking for me, he realized I had escaped and sent a team of ninja to track me down. I was declared a danger to Getsugakure and placed in the Bingo book. Seeing no other option I fled into the woods, cutting myself off from all civilization. I continued to study animals and in time it seems that I started to become almost as savage as the creatures that I was experimenting upon. The oddest thing about everything is that, in all these long years, through several generations of ninja, I appear not to have aged a day since I freed myself on my 30th birthday."
In the years after his escape into the wild, David developed a wild side that essentially shut down all cognitive thinking. He began to act and think just like an animal and through this 'The Beast' was born. After nearly a century living in the woods, he seems to have picked up a regenerative factor that accounts for his now very apparent stop in the aging process (is part of a separate plot that can be expounded upon via PM). David was picked up by former LUNA captain, Hachi, while Hachi was acting as leader of a group known as The Untouchables. After many acts of torture were preformed on him by Hachi and The Untouchables, he was left for dead by Hachi in a factory located in the Midnight Forest. During Hachi's acceptance speech of the title for Third Tsukikage, Hachi used a jutsu to destroy the facility containing David who had previously escaped the dungeon he was being held in and accidentally doused himself in a concoction of fluids from experiments Hachi had been preforming on Kekkei Genkai users which had the effect of splitting his mind into two separate entities, The Beast and David Spragut.
Dazed and confused The Beast was able to escape from the destruction of the factory only to arrive in the middle of the third round of Getsugakure's Chuunin exam. David was soon captured by Getsugakure authorities with the help of Yamata but was released by a young boy named Konan who fled with David into the woods. Soon a small group had gathered together under the banner of Hakumei, each member vowed fealty to their new leader, David Spragut.

When the transformed user reverts back to their normal form, they will feel dizzy for several minute and it will take approximately an hour after the dizzyness has worn off for the user to remember any experiences that they had while in the transformed state.

Hard Shell: Mimicking a cockroaches ability to absorb nuclear blast level concussive force, the users entire body is covered in thick tough armor.
Hardiness: Can survive without food for long periods of time without food and can survive on limited resources.

Antenna: Antenna grow from the users head that are susceptible to being chopped off. If removed, the user is left unable to utilize any of his or her senses.

Shell: The user can maneuver their body so that any empty object can be used as a shell to offer additional protection.
Acidic: The underside of the user is coated in an acidic substance that can burn through metal and flesh.
Disadvantages –
Slime: The user gives off a slime as they move, making tracking much less difficult.
Slow: The user is slowed down drastically, which makes it more difficult to react to things.
Armless: The user losses the use of there arms making it impossible to wield any sort of weapon.
Green and yellow spots form along the surface of the users body.

Jaw: The users jaw can stretch much wider than most jaws, which allows the user to swallow much bigger things than normal.
Limbs: The users limbs are able to extend much farther than normal, giving the user a wider reach.
Scales: The body grows scales, which act as a layer of defense against incoming attacks.
Disadvantages -
Hands: The users hands are slippery, making it difficult if not impossible to hold on to any sort of weapon.
Voice: The user must hiss out his words, making it impossible to perform other jutsu's while in this state.
If the user is activating the King Cobra Tattoo, his neck becomes very wide like a cobra's. If the user is activating the Python Tattoo, his neck becomes slightly longer and yellow patches form on it.

Eyes: 6 extra eyes grow on the face in order to give the user the ability to focus more specifically on certain things.
Arms: 6 extra arms allow the user to hold or manipulate more things at one time.
Disadvantages -
Hair: Hair grows from the hands, making it more difficult to hold certain simple weapons or grab certain things.
Split Focus: Typically considered to be an advantage, the additional amount of things that the user can react to sometimes will lull the user into a false sense of security causing them to not focus on the true objective.
If the user is activating the Brown Recluse Tattoo, his hair turns golden brown. If the user is activating the Black Widow Spider Tattoo, his hair turns black and his stomach forms a red hourglass.

Speed: The muscles in the legs grow in size, augmenting the users ability to run and jump.
Fangs: The user's canines double in length and can be used as a secondary form of attack.

Wild: Due to the wolves wild nature, it is one of the more difficult forms for the user to control and in order not to fly into a blind rage, the user should avoid taking too much physical damage.
The users hair lengthens considerably and turns dark brown.

Hard Shell: Mimicking a cockroaches ability to absorb nuclear blast level concussive force, the users entire body is covered in thick tough armor.
Hardiness: Can survive without food for long periods of time without food and can survive on limited resources.

Antenna: Antenna grow from the users head that are susceptible to being chopped off. If removed, the user is left unable to utilize any of his or her senses.
The users body is tinted light brown, other than his armor plated skin and antenna forming, no other physical changes occur.

Shell: The user can maneuver their body so that any empty object can be used as a shell to offer additional protection.
Acidic: The underside of the user is coated in an acidic substance that can burn through metal and flesh.

Slime: The user gives off a slime as they move, making tracking much less difficult.
Slow: The user is slowed down drastically, which makes it more difficult to react to things.
Armless: The user losses the use of there arms making it impossible to wield any sort of weapon.

Jaw: The users jaw can stretch much wider than most jaws, which allows the user to swallow much bigger things than normal.
Limbs: The users limbs are able to extend much farther than normal, giving the user a wider reach.
Scales: The body grows scales, which act as a layer of defense against incoming attacks.
Disadvantages -
Hands: The users hands are slippery, making it difficult if not impossible to hold on to any sort of weapon.
Voice: The user must hiss out his words, making it impossible to perform other jutsu's while in this state.
If the user is activating the King Cobra Tattoo, his neck becomes very wide like a cobra's. If the user is activating the Python Tattoo, his neck becomes slightly longer and yellow patches form on it.

Split Focus: Typically considered to be an advantage, the additional amount of things that the user can react to sometimes will lull the user into a false sense of security causing them to not focus on the true objective.
If the user is activating the Brown Recluse Tattoo, his hair turns golden brown. If the user is activating the Black Widow Spider Tattoo, his hair turns black and his stomach forms a red hourglass.

Wild: Due to the wolves wild nature, it is one of the more difficult forms for the user to control and in order not to fly into a blind rage, the user should avoid taking too much physical damage.
The users hair lengthens considerably and turns dark brown.
