Okay about the HunterxHunter world. The level of technology is different then the level of development. The hxh technology for electronics is higher then mechanics. Though they have trains, planes and cars, they don't compare to cell phone, personal computers and anything else that gets you on the net. For vehicles the development is about 1975-1995.
