I only just recently finished the last book. I know I know wtf.

I will say I was blown away! The ending was sad but brilliant! What a way to spin a web and draw the young readers to believe it could have actually happened xD.
I finished and I felt an empty achievement :[
I didn't have another volume to continue on to.
Oh Well onto Demonata :]

I was sadened.
Cirque Du Freak Was The perfect portrail of Good Characters,
Vampire's, Death, Plot Twists, I was blown away by the entire series,
but the last book made me feel so sad.

I was kind of left feeling a little bit joyous mixed with emptiness. The series was great but it left you kind of with a sadness....

At first I was starting to question reality XDDDDD lol

In all seriousness, I was sad. Not just because of the ending, but also because it just had to end. XD

but then I got better when I found out about the crepsley book coming out XD

I was still upset about Larten so i didn't really have any other feelings.. Except feeling hungry.
Darren Shan always leaves his work open at the end (out of the books i've read) it seems like he cheats it or something..

i was sad for a couple reasons 1. someone spoiled it for me (DAMMIT DUR-DEN!) 2. the way that Darren had to die to escape destiny 3. how no matter what someone will do what Darren did

I felt a mixture of sadiness, happiness (That Darren would go to Paradise and see his friends again. *CoughMr. CrepsleyCough*), and suprised at....well, Steve and Darren where brothers...well....'Son of Destiny'. I was a tiny bitsad Steve went to the Lake of Souls for eternity...but, he did terrible, terrible, terrible things...and...I was also happy that Lady Evanna sorta changed the future by having those babies. I was disappointed. Whenever there's a good series without an epilogue, it annoys me so bad that I just can't stand it. A series with an epilogue is something that makes me think that the series has finally ended, so that it doesn't make me just want to kick someone because there should be more books.
