try this one

Startling

remove the L and its Starting
leave off the T from that and its Staring
no more A from that and its String
take off the R and you get Sting
you get Sing after takeing off the other T
subtract the G and its Sin
takeing S from that is In
and finaly your left with I after dropping off the N
