A while back I was asked by a friend why I made a new character profile for practically every role play I enter, and only recycle characters who I enjoy playing. I told them that I enjoyed having a new character to flesh out while I role played, even if it means that I only get to rp with them a couple of times before the rp dies.
Then I was asked another question: What do your characters do whenever they are not being used? I thought about it a bit and said to myself "hey, why not use a private thread to have ALL my rp characters interact with one another, much like we do in Demons for the everyone can post here threads."
So this is what I am doing here! Below will be a list of ALL the character profiles I can fish out that are worth giving a second (or possibly third or fourth) chance to a new life.
Updates should run once a week unless I get really bored, then it might be sooner, or really busy in which case it will be later. But we shall see how this goes for now. Comments on the story are greatly appreciated, so just PM me or leave them as profile comments. Thanks and enjoy!

Character Profiles Vampires:Character Name: Narssissuss Fawlks Lee Creature: Vampire Age: looks 20, actually 1.2 Million years old Gender: Female Personality: Two sides, happy and carefree, or cold and cruel. Any other time there is a void of emotion. Isnt much of one for pointless chatter and she has aged enough to be able to move within the sun and not be burned. Appearance: Body Shot and Facial Shot Powers/ Abilities (3): Timetravel, Spirit accesibility (mind reading, charm, shapeshifting, self-regeneration, etc), and Flying Talents (3): Musically gifted, trained in most martial arts, ability to move in sunlight even though powers are dramatically weakened. Weapons (3): .jpg]Twin hook swords with chain that runs between handles, twin cyclone blades, and fan Pet / Companion: Adrian (Rorschach) Matthew Companion’s Personality: Super intelligent immortal black panther, whose spots move and change just as much as his mood does, thus earning his nickname "Rorschach" from a character within a story that Narssissuss liked to read. Very cold and cruel, Adrian has bonded with Narssissuss and travels everywhere with her. Whether his cruelty outweights hers is yet to be seen. Bio: A traveler of space and time, Narssissuss has lived through several several several centuries of war, famine, and destruction. She can jump to whatever time she wants to and to whatever place she wants by just thinking about it. Thought the more she moves through a certain time the more quirky 'time holes' or 'rifts' she creates. She traveled to this lands some decades ago and has settled down in Ugo, one of the vampiric lands. Although she does not get along well with others of her species, Narssissuss has managed to lead a resistance group and take over the capital of the land. She now serves as ruler of the land and plays the part of the old leader when she is visited by the King and Queen of the Vampires. There have been rumors of her traveling to the Were territories and Elven territories, but she has neither confirmed nor denied these stories.
Name: Tyra Celek Huet Age: 19 Sex: Female Personality: Quiet, mature, intelligent, and quickthinking, Tyra tends to keep to herself even when she is traveling in a group Appearance: Tyra Class: Magic Human (Controls fire.) Sub-Class: Vampire Special Regular Skills: forging and technology guru History: Tyra grew up in a rich family and being the only child has made her very educated and very lonely. She has kept herself from being spoiled by her parents and after the earthquake she was the only remaining survivor of her family. Her intelligence and quick thinking has kept her alive this far and her magic has allowed her to live unaided on her own, which is what she perfers. Whenever she can she tries to read up on old texts that remain as well as pick up any new informations she can find. She roams the countryside in search of the source to these gases and how they have affected people differently across the globe. Notes/other: Tyra carries a hammer with her, which she uses for forging and basic self defense, though she has a preference for her magic and the two silver pistols that she handcrafted herself. One has a double crescent moon etched into the handle while the other has a sun etched into the handle. The bullets vary because she forges them herself in her spare time because no other bullets will work in her guns. She also carries around basic things like needles and thread, bandaids, sanitizers, lockpicks, metal rods of different elements, and a handheld mirror. One interesting thing about Tyra is that she is always seen listening to her iPod, even when she is traveling alone in a heavily zombified area.
Name: Praeses True Name: Herman Anubis Maddox Age: looks 27 but is 427 Gender: Male Appearance: Praeses Personality: Herman is very lenient and lax when it comes to human emotions. He sympathizes with the humans and he always tries to help Past: Herman has grown up amongst the human race since he was a young vampire. He found different psychological disorders of humans to be intriguing and has traveled the world to study these different disorders. He has done massive research on each one and finds himself traveling to different asylums to study those who have extreme afflictions of these disorders. He has spent the past 100 years in America, a stronghold chalked full of people with these disorders who run the streets freely. He has spoken to a good bit of individuals who have these problems and has decided to go through schooling to learn to be a therapist or psychologist. He has gotten a degree in both fields and now works throughout the nation, trying to figure out ways to cure or aid people with certain disorders. He goes by the name Praeses which means 'guardian' in Latin. Constantly searching for law breakers and punishing those who step out of line, this is one transfiguring creature you do not want to cross paths with. Fearless, heartless, and relentless are three words that describes him best. But underneath the rough outside there is an insecure being longing for companionship and acceptance from others. Weapons Twin dragon fang daggers Basics of your powers The ability to generate fire in both dragon and human forms, along with the ability to make objects hot with convection currents and to freeze small objects in human form Bio Born as the middle child of his family, Azerol grew up in a household of many older siblings, starting his life as a dragon in the O Dimension. His father was the current Dragon Lord of the O realm, thus making Azerol one of the Dragon Princes of the land. Within his age group he and his childhood friend Seriah fought and clawed their way to the top of their class from an early age. From these experiences Azerol learned that every dragon was on their own in the world they lived in. However, Azerol had an advantage over most his age, who were mostly born pure-bred dragons. Not only did he realize that he had the ability to take a human form, but he was able to wield his powers after his transformations. Thinking that he would be in even more danger if anyone else found out, Azerol enlisted himself in the Academy while in general education school to learn how to fight and defend himself, as well as strengthen his elemental ability. He studied laws and the other dimensions, determined to travel to them one day if he could. After graduating the Academy and general education schooling, Azerol thought about traveling to another dimension for his law enforcement post-education training. At the time, his schoolmate Seriah had challenged his father for the title of Dragon lord. Once defeated, Azerol was the only male heir still living who could claim the throne. Seriah knew this and challenged Azerol to a fight to the death for the position. However, the night before the battle was to take place, the Dragon Prince found he couldn't take down his schoolmate like that and fled to the Overworld for safety. While taking refuge there, he gained news of Seriah finishing off his family line and taking the throne. Grieved with the news, Azerol decided to remain in the Overworld and continue his post-education like he wanted to. He excelled with his studies and soon became one of the law enforcers of the Overworld. Several years and tons of hard work later, the transfiguring dragon man was given lease to travel through other dimensions to help enforce other laws. Now he normally sticks in the O Dimension or the Overworld, taking preference of them over the other dimensions. Seriah knows that he is still alive, but finds him not as a threat because Azerol has no interest in claiming the throne for himself. He considers himself the overall head of the flame even though it is unofficial at the moment. His personality drives him to make what seems to be wreckless decisions at the time, but turns out to be a huge success for his people. The people of Carpathia adore Amasai and most of the other Blue flame members who live in other lands also respect him. He always travels with Sergei, who speaks to Amasai through sacred tongues.

His failed attempt at a happy marriage with his first wife has left him bitter and uninterested with the female race. His son is his main goal in life and he is overly protective of him. Name: Sora Aldmer Age: 18 Appearance: Sora Personality: Sora is a very shy knight. He tends to sit and think more about the things he wants to do instead of running head on into combat. He has a soft spot for living creatures and would prefer that they not be hurt in any way. Bio: Known more as the 'thinker' knight, Sora was born and raised as a nobleman. He was put into a private school, where he learned many things about the world in which he lives in. Even while he was in training to be a knight, Sora could almost always be found with his nose shoved in a book. When he was 15, he became a full-fledged knight. Since then he has traveled from kingdom to kingdom, curious to learn about their ways of life and to do whatever he can to help the people. Weapon of Choice: A long heavy broad sword. Other: At any point in time, Sora can be found traveling with his broad sword, a book of various assortment, a journal to document his findings, a quill and ink bottle, and his faithful horse.
Character Name: Captain Rune "Hellfire" O'Brien Age: 27 Gender: Female Personality: Cool and collective, very thorough with battle plans, knows how to pick and choose fights, intelligent and leaderlike Bio: Very protective of her identity for safety reasons, Captain Hellfire has always tried to run with the big sea dogs even though she is a woman. Born into a family of scientists, Captain Hellfire was put through advanced schooling, where she took a keen interest in sailing and ocean studies. After acquiring a ship in a portside duel, Captain Hellfire had the ship repainted and renamed to The Strumpet's Wail and fled from her noble raising's to be a pirate. Many of the crew find it curious that she fights with no firepower herself, but instead with a long and sharp dual-ended metal pike with many iron and metal protrusions, decorated with shark's teeth and other sea creature's bones, and dyed a midnight black color. Her attire conceals all of her femininity and only those who have been in her crew since the beginning know of her secret and are sworn to secrecy. She has led the crew to many battles with merchant ships and other pirate ships. They have always emerged victorious and few men are lost in the process. She spends most of her time out at open sea, constantly checking the wind and ocean currents to find the right grooves to travel so they do not waste a lot of time sailing about aimlessly. When at port, she may sometimes venture off the boat with a small crew, but she never goes far from her vessel and she never involves herself with heavy drinking like the other pirates do. Name: Dominik San Louey Race: Gifted Age: 12 Power: Can see the future and has a hidden power that is used when he is not feeling well or when he is provoked. Appearence: At 4' 11" and 84 lbs, Dominik is very small for his age. He is albino and has medium length white-blonde hair, red-pink colored eyes, and super fair skin. He is also blind in both eyes and partially deaf in both ears. Pets: Hextstall the black and orange Caracal History: Not much is really known about Dominik's past. Rumor has it that he is the descendant of the school's founder, but none of his personal records can be found anywhere. Blind from birth, Dominik had a rough childhood. He was always running away from the castle to try and be with normal humans. But he was always beaten and drug back to safety by his caretaker Hextstall. Being able to see into the near future has taught Dominik that he needs to stay within the school for his own safety, and the safety of his fellow classmates. Now he just roams the school at random, always accompanied by his caretaker Hextstall.
Name: Rijistra San Louey Race: Gifted Age: 16 Powers: Time manipulation (only within a 4ft. radius of body for 1 minute) and Mind influence (only with physical contact and one creature at a time). Appearence: 5' 3" and 111 lbs, Rijistra is a fiery teenage girl with dark chocolate colored hair and bright green eyes. She is built very thin with fair skin, but under her normal loose and diaphanous attires is a physically fit body with nice curves. Though she doesn't like to show her body off, she has been known to use her looks to 'charm' others into doing her dirty work for her. Pets: Malestrom the Echidna and Fernando the Kestrel History: A very troublesome child for her parents, Rijistra was always trying to find some way to cause trouble around school. With the power to influence someone and toy with time, she was definitely a handful for everyone at the school. She was banished from the school at the age of 11 for an attempted murder on her younger brother Dominik. Shortly after her banishment both her parents were killed and all records of the owners of the Gifted Boarding School had been erased. Rumor has it that Rijistra had snuck into the school at night and finished them off for their cruelty towards her. But now she has returned to the school to settle the score with her brother.

Very small and very quiet, Amira grew up as an only child amongst the Mandalorian race of her home planet. She rather enjoyed exploring and causing mischief amongst the other species of the planet, but the wars brought her pain and hardship. She lost her father in battle when she was 8 and her mother soon after from a raiding party that destroyed most of her hometown. Now orphaned, Amira traveled across the planet, searching for more of her fellow Mandalorians. She eventually stumbled upon a group of traveling Mandalorians and she stuck with them so she could learn the ways of combat and culture of the Mandalorians that she didn’t learn before the raids. Once she became a young adult, Amira and her group of Mandalorians found a much larger civilization of remaining Mandalorians and she soon settled down with them. Here is where she learned her blacksmithing skills and how to speak Basic, the language of the galaxy. She also learned how to read and write music and by the age of 15 she was well known in the community for her various musical arrangements and performances. At age 17, Amira decided to leave the planet of Mandalore and travel the galaxy to find those who had raided her village when she was young. She traveled to many different planets and learned many interesting things about other cultures and species, but she soon found out that others viewed the Mandalorians as brutal and she was shunned by most societies. When visiting Bastion, Amira was asked to take on a small raiding job that required her to travel to Coruscant and bring back weapons that were only accessible by the republic armies. She returned with the supplies and a new curiosity on raids. She worked for both the Republic and Empire, doing whatever small jobs they asked her to take on. At age 21, a Sith from Chandrilia requested her assistance with an assassination attempt on some low-leveled government members of the Republic. She took on the job willingly and completed it with little difficulty. After that, Amira only took on assassination jobs, especially those that paid well. During one hunt, she was seen while stalking her victim and reported to the police. From then on, the Republic has placed a bounty on her head for many different murders that she is accused of committing. She has been able to elude the Republic while on her missions for 5 years, even though she still has been finishing many jobs right under their noses. Now she is normally seen traveling around the galaxy, picking up bounties wherever she can find them. Now that she has been taken in by Sith Master Apollyon, Amira can be found training amongst other force-sensitive Mandalorians on the moon of Dxun.
Full Name: Daxiar Saicyll Leresto Age: 32 Gender: Female Species: Kiffar Birthworld: Kiffu Abilities: Great persuasion skills, ability to read the history of an object through touch, fluent in over 15 languages Personal Skills: Very knowledgeable of the areas she works in, able to tell good mercenaries from ordinary people, good with metals and electronics, has an eye for alchemy Personality: A very likeable but innocent-looking female, intelligent, cunning, and willing to kill someone in cold blood to get what she wants. Daxiar also has anger management issues and an addiction to a drug mixture of Yarrock and Pyrepenol. Avatar: Dax Other: Tattoo on her left arm Possessions: array of weaponry that includes sets of knives, small pistols, explosives, smokes, poisons, and detonators; small customized fighter; small home on Kiffu; keys to most bars, smuggler coves, mercenary hang-out places, and safe havens in the inter-rim planets; public gardens on various planets for experimental purposes Complete History: Daxiar was born into a wealthy family of government officials for the planet of Kiffu. At a young age, Daxiar’s parents knew that their daughter had a gift which very few Kiffar were granted. From that point on they used the young girl to trace the histories of old objects which were brought before the council, along with tracing origins of crime scene evidence for courts and the imported products of outside worlds. Although she liked to make her parents happy, Daxiar hated the work they had her do for her people. She was in love with plants and wanted to work as a herbologist, traveling to other worlds to collect specimens to grow on her home planet. Her parents, however, did not like this idea and tried to keep Daxiar indoors as much as they could. When Daxiar became of age for higher education outside of her household, her parents sent her to the sister planet Kiffex to attend a private school. Daxiar excelled greatly there and was happy for once in her life. But when time came to return home to her parents between sessions, the young Kiffar decided to disappear and run the streets of Kiffex. She was taken in by one of her favorite teachers, an ex-mercenary who also had the gift to see the history of objects through touch, and was taught how to fight, along with how to work with metals. Daxiar returned to school for several more years before graduating as head of her class. Now with a strong education under her belt, the 16 year old Kiffar decided to chase her dream of being a herbologist. She traveled upon a cargo ship heading for other inter-rim territory planets, but before she could begin collecting specimens, she was kidnapped and brought before a local crime lord. Valued for her intelligence and special skill, Daxiar was put through a training program to become part of the mercenaries for the crime lord. She served under the crime lord for a few months before the police raided the hideout and killed most of the hired mercenaries. Daxiar plea bargained with the police, offering up names of all the mercenaries and connections for only a short time in prison and rehab for the drugs used to enhance the mercenaries killing instincts. Several more years after that day, Daxiar, now age 21, was released from rehab, but now a changed Kiffar. Her body itched for blood and she knew that settling down to work with plants was far from her now. She traveled back to Kiffu to see her parents, who had long forgotten about her and raised new children to take her place. Infuriated with her parents, Daxiar beat her father senseless, tied her mother to the large columns of the house, and drugged the kids before setting fire to the estate and burning them all to death. She left home with her family’s legacy, heading for Kiffex to start anew. It was here that Daxiar realized who she really was. From the time she had been used by her parents as a small kid, the female Kiffar had anger problems. She only found relief when she could take them out on someone else. With her parents now dead, as well as the mercenaries she worked with for a few months under the crime lord, Daxiar turned to mercenary work to satisfy her need for blood. Rehab did nothing to calm neither her blood drive nor her addictions to Pyrephenol and Yarrock that fed to her emotions, and now that she was free, she was a dangerous person. Teaming up with a local band of smugglers, Daxiar continued to learn about weapons, explosives, and most importantly, how to kill with stealth. Leaving Kiffex once more, Daxiar headed for Nar Shaddaa, the capital of crime in the galaxy. She worked out of there for several years as a mercenary for hire, all the while using small doses of Pyrepenol and Yarrock to feed her drug addiction. In her spare time she studied up on ships, weaponry, and armors. Daxiar became well-known for her mercenary work, but even more well-known for her ability to bend people to her will. Given the responsibility to set up a new safe haven in the galaxy, Daxiar recruited some of her most trusted colleagues to travel with her to establish a new headquarters for mercenaries and smugglers. After much research and decision making, the now 26-year-old Daxiar chose Taanab to house the new establishment. After several months of building and preparing for the opening of the new hot spot for mercenaries and smugglers, Daxiar opened the Herbological Concoction Bar and Services Center in Pandath. The three-story building had its own bar and hangout place on the first floor, a shop and repair center on the second floor for any weapons, supplies, or armor, and a basement for storage of illegally smuggled objects. The HCBSC also had a nearby hangar area where ships could dock to be fueled, fixed, or sold to buy new ships. Under the hangar was a training zone for newly recruited mercenaries and smugglers, as well as older members of the trade who wished for a work-out. An underground tunnel ran from the hangar to the storage basement so stolen shipments could be stored without being surveyed by the public eye. For doing such a good job with the establishment, Daxiar was granted head of the HCBSC hide out and control of all who passed through the place looking for work. Titling herself as an intermediary, Daxiar not only works within the bar, but in the upstairs weapons and armor shop, hangar, and training area. She has a hand in the government of the city, and with the help of a close friend, her establishment is allowed to slide by police regulations and random searching procedures directed by the government. Although not giving favor to any faction of the galaxy, rumor has that Daxiar feeds information to passing strangers about opposing factions. The Kiffar has denied all claims and refuses to have herself seen as one to play all sides for her benefit. Nowadays Daxiar has settled into her city life, running a large public garden with plant species from other planets in her spare time, as well as working on new poisons and explosives to sell in the upstairs shop. She is seen within the Herbological Concoction Bar and Service Center every night, working at the bar making and serving drinks with a few other hired workers. But whenever a mercenary or smuggler approaches her, Daxiar goes on with business as usual, slipping bounties and jobs to her clients as if they were just normal paying customers of the bar. No fights ever break out in her bar and no drink goes unpaid, whether it is with coinage or blood. Those who work for her know how ruthless she can be under her façade of innocence, and anybody who has crossed her path and lived to tell the tale has never done so again.

Name: Payne and Patch Croaker Race: Jackals Appearance: average sized, Payne has red armor and Patch has green armor. Both bear the red medical cross on their backs and shoulders. Weapons: Payne carries a covenant beam rifle while Patch usually has a shield and plasma pistol. Aditional Info: Patch and Payne are well-known for their fearlessness on the battle field, running out and pulling off hurt covenants and healing them. Though he seemes to be standoffish, Payne can be generous and a strong ally when given the chance to snipe. Name Vyvor Laffalae Age 763 human years, but looks young Gender Female Personality Vyvor is a very mysterious female, which comes from her profession in life. She is very subconscious of her own judgment, but puts on a façade of overconfidence and self-centeredness that makes her look almost arrogant. Likes to listen rather than engage in conversations, but is not afraid to ask questions to get what information she is looking for. Can be aggressive when things to not go her way, which makes her quite dangerous to cross paths with. Weapons An ornate staff made of rare minerals and bones fused together for delicacy and strength. The staff itself is the shape of a serpent dragon, stretched out and reared back, bearing ivory fangs which clutch an ever-changing colored orb of an unknown substance. The length of the staff is a dark ash color, with bleached white bones running along the backside as sharp scales and larger curved bones around the head as horns and hooks. The staff itself can be pulled apart to reveal a hidden blade that runs the length of the staff, which is also made out of fused bones and unknown minerals. Other than the staff, Vyvor carries around a long rope made of coarse hair and metal fibers. The rope is nearly 20 feet long and is tightly coiled at her waist. The end is split and has sharp bones and metal shards embedded into it for grasping and ripping things apart. Basics of your powers Can conjure up objects from air, shape shift, use worm holes, and manipulate the nature around her in strange ways. Bio Not a very colorful past follows Vyvor because she never speaks about it to anybody. When asked simple questions about her past, she usually replies with twisted answers that just raise more questions. What little information that has been gathered about Vyvor shows that she was born as a mage into the royal family of the underworld whom had no magical powers. Hating her parents from a young age, Vyvor used to learn different spells to deliberately piss them off. Having her charged with hate crimes and disruption of the peace, her parents deported her to the C realm to be held in jail until she became mature enough to live at home again. With this Vyvor felt like she had succeeded at what she had set out to do, and spent all her time in jail strengthening her magical powers. Once bored with the place she had called home for almost 150 years, Vyvor broke out of jail, being the only creature to successfully do so and survive, and fled into the wilder parts of the C dimension. For the next 67 years she moved about, eluding the police who hunted for her so eagerly because of her parent’s commands, and managed to kill or deceive most of those who searched for her. Within these 67 years she learned about necromancy from other renegade mages. Before she could really begin to study the art, however, she was gone again, running from the police. It was like a game to her, hiding and killing those who tried to bring her back to the life she hated before. But in the summer of her 231th year, Vyvor ran into a dragon man from the O dimension who changed her life forever. He worked for the police, but traveled alone, denying his own past as well. Vyvor admired him so much that she made a deal with the dragon. If he could teach her something valuable, she would allow him to turn her in for the reward money. After striking up the deal with the dragon, Vyvor began to learn how to create worm holes like the dragons did. It took a long time before she had mastered the art, but after she had, Vyvor returned to the holding cells like she had promised. But whenever the dragon claimed his reward and got the renown he deserved, she used her ability to create worm holes to travel outside of the cell once more and to other dimensions. From then on Vyvor’s history has been fuzzy, but rumor has it that she travels to different dimensions, using her powers to make her money, which she hides away in secure locations. Nobody can really describe how she looks because her appearance changes depending on what dimension she is in and whom she is around. Setting and Storyline Set in an alternate universe away from anyone that we have ever known. Solely created for those who seek out a better life to mingle with others who are just as misunderstood and unaccepted by society as they are. Their purpose: to create a new life in this alternate dimension, where their thoughts can come reality, and every character's personalities can really show through their many fronts used in every day life. The only draw back to this alternate life is that when day breaks in their real times, they are called back to their own dimensions to live amongst the living once more. It is only when they lay down to sleep that they can re-enter this world of immortality and happiness. Returning to the same spot with every visit, the character will wake up in a dark and cool room, lying in a bed of goose down and lambs wool. They will rise and scan the darkened room, only lit by a few bleak candles of different flame colors, leading towards the doorway. Crossing the creaky wooden planks to the large stone door, the character must then pass the test of identity before being allowed to pass into this alternate realm. As the stone door slides open, the sounds of the bar on the other side come alive. Clinking mugs, upbeat dance tunes, shouting, shuffling cards, and random chatters are often what meets the ears of the newcommer before the stone door grinds shut behind them. Inhabitants may be many or few, depending on the time the character enters the Cantina itself. Darts, cards, arcade games, table sports, and other activities litter the room, as well as the large bar against the wall that characters enter through. The area itself is furbished with stone walls while the roof, ceiling, and furniture are all dark oaks. Lots of places to sit and have drinks, as well as to dance with partners if wanting to. Great place to hang out after long harsh days in the other realms of the universe. Not being too large for the crowd that inhabits it on good nights, the cantina allows the character to have just enough room to move between the three large wooden tables and the bar counter to head past the music systems and out of the dark oak swinging doors. What lies beyond those doors, however, is never the same twice. It is out those doors that the character can shape and mold how the world looks and functions, and when others enter they can add their own little quirks in here and there. Every night a new adventure, a new setting, and a new group of characters to interact with. The Corrupted Cantina is but a small portion of the world outside, but it is a safe haven from anything that could possibly happen out there. Which characters are brave enough to venture out, and which ones enjoy the simple pleasure within the bar? Only one way to find out: enter, and expect the unexpected.

Journey 1: Revenge is SweetShuffling from beyond the walls of the back room, along with the sounds of Get Busy Living or Get Busy Dying lofting about on the other side. I stretched and yawned before opening my eyes, letting them focus on the darkness of the room. The soft sheets and pillows cried for me to stay within them for a little while longer, but I stood, my heart racing and my mind asking the question on everyone's mind as they awoke in this realm: "What will happen today?" Feeling my way down the hallway and to the stone door, I pressed my hand against the cool door, listening to it scan my hand twice before jerking once and grating painfully open. As always, I tried to peer through the ever-widening crack to see who all was there before me, but the light that pierced through was so bright that I had to close my eyes and step back to wait... For once the crowd within the cantina itself was not large. Only the familiar faces of a few friends were lounging about, either with a drink or with cards, at their usual locations. The bartender, being my good friend Narssissuss tonight, was mixing up a drink for herself. She would always smirk and say "It keeps me on my toes" while I always knew that it really just made her more loose with her tongue and body, mostly the former. Quite the sight to see when you needed a bit of entertainment, but on a night like tonight I was uninterested in what she had to say. "Has anybody gone outside yet?" I asked, the anxiousness creeping into my face. I had been trying to get here earlier and earlier for the past week, but every time I had arrived someone else was already outside, making their own little fantasy world. But the world in my mind was far from being a fantasy. I wanted it to be a reality. Narssissuss's little kitten, or panther, whatever you want to call it, sat behind the bar on a large stool, watching me and the people in the room. "I have not seen anybody go out yet, Rijistra," he told me with a level tone. I figured he already knew what I was thinking, but I wasn't going to let onto it so easily. With a smile I turned on my heels, heading for the front doors. There was no point in wasting my time within the bar if nobody was out making a world right now. It would only allow some of the usuals a chance to walk right in and take the world without even trying. I closed my eyes and took a deep breath, wondering how this world-making thing worked. But I hesitated no longer and pushed against the oak doors, stepping out into my world. The smell of pine was strong, and as I opened my eyes I found myself almost knee-deep in a mountain snow. Evergreen trees dotted the hillsides, working their way thicker as they descended the slopes into the valley below. It was still snowing, a joy that I would not appreciate until later, and the thickness kept my planted feet warm while I took in my surroundings. I laughed, feeling it ironic that I should be in such an innocent-looking surrounding while in the state of mind I was in. I felt my pockets out of curiosity and found what I was looking for in them; knives, rope, a gag, handcuffs, razor blades. Anything I thought of it appeared out of nowhere. Now I was beginning to realize the full extent of this place. It was definitely a work of art by the creator, and I smiled to myself as I went forth and trudged along the snow-covered hill. I had my hiding spot staked out when who I was waiting for stepped outside of the bar. I could feel the corners of my mouth curl up into a smirk while I sat as still as I could in the pine tree. Being so high up gave me the advantage because I could look down upon him while he could not look up at me because of the falling snow. I thought to myself I wish I could make a noise without him knowing where I was...It was then that a crackling of limbs could be heard and a tree not too far from me fell to the ground, giving in to the weight of the snow upon its brittle frame. I watched as the boy looked in my direction at the tree, then decided to venture forth to investigate. Perfect....He was right below me, the black hair of his magically in-tune form dotted with un-melted snow. I prepared to pounce and as I did I could feel myself slip upon the ice of the branch I sat upon. Instead of pouncing I moreso fell out of the tree and ontop of my victim. He squealed beneath me as the handcuffs I had in my hand were clasped around his wrists keep him from being able to grab me while I went to work tying his legs together. He flailed about in an attempt to knock me off of him, but I was by far the stronger of us, and I managed to tie his ankles together before pulling the gag out of my pocket and silencing his screams for help. Now I was thankful that I had walked a great ways away from the bar itself, otherwise the whole place would probably be out here by now. I drug the boy back to the tree I had hidden in and tied him to it with the remaining rope before coming around to face him again. "I have you where I want you now, boy," I hissed in his face. With that I withdrew the razor blades and went to work at shaving his head. If I was going to kill the one thing that stood between me and my powers then I was going to enjoy it while I could. And if the idea of death being finalized in the real world if it is in the dream world then this was going to be the easiest thing I had ever done. Once I was done and he was bald on top I smirked and pulled the knife out of my pocket. Using it to remove the clothes from the boy, I made sure to take a huge handful of snow and douse him with it to make him even colder than he was before. Then with great skill and not so much precision I took the razor blade in my hand and began to shave the skin on his sensitive parts. His wails and attempts to wriggle his way out of the ropes was stronger now than before, and tears streamed down his cheeks. I laughed cruelly at his feeble attempts to free himself, knowing that he would not get far even if he could get out. The free-flowing blood spilled out onto the snow, turning it a vibrant pinkish red color. When satisfied with the job I had done, I stood up and grabbed the boy's chin to make him look into my eyes. Noticing that he had gone back to a sightless form, I growled, "if that is how you want it, then I shall make sure you never see ever again." The knife in my hand was suddenly thrusted into the sightless eyes and a new scream was muffled by the gag. I twisted the knife and reinserted it several times before removing it and returning the favor in the other eye. But my thirst for blood was not over yet. Not by far. After dousing him with more snow, I removed the gag from his mouth and gripped the knife in my hand tightly. He managed to whisper in my direction, "why sis....why?" To which I replied, "you are a waste of life. And you stand between me and what I want. So you must die for it."He choked back the tears that had drained into his throat and asked again, "why this...?" My eyes narrowed at his repetitive question and I spat in his face, "because you ******** deserve it." My anger had become too much and it took over as I watched myself lash out at my younger brother with the knife, slicing through his throat with the greatest of ease. I trembled and dropped the blade, knowing that my deed would be done soon. But as he started to fade his body fazed out and disappeared. "s**t!! NO!!!!" I screamed with frustration, knowing that he had woken up in the real world before I could finish him off. I collapsed in the snow and cried in anger at letting time escape me. He had escaped from my grasp once again. Now I must wait again for the opportunity to present itself again to regain my powers. ~Fin~
